After updating my Galaxy M52 today my notifications are not showing. Even the music one. Is there a way I can revert back to the previous version?

The Background

—I (26M) started talking to Jane (23F) at the start of May. I’ve had some romantic feelings for her since we met, but knowing that in February, Jane had just gotten out of a 3 year abusive relationship involving physical and emotional abuse and manipulation, I decided to keep my feelings to myself and focus on building a platonic relationship with her, as her healing takes priority.

—On top of the abusive relationship, she’s kind-heated and a big people pleaser, so it’s not hard for someone to manipulate her. For example, her roommates owe heher parents around $10K for money they kept borrowing to buy a capay rent/buy a puppy/etc. She’s aware of this, and she’s suspicious of people attempting to manipulate her, rightfully so. Thankfully, she’s moving out and getting her own space which should give her the peace she needs right now.

—I love giving meaningful and useful gifts, so for her birthday I gave her a lapis lazuli pendant. She’s very into healing crystals, and after researching, I got her lapis lazuli as they say it helps with wisdom, healing and enhanced communication, hoping it help her focus on recovering from her abusive toxic relationship. I explained the meaning behind it when I gave her on her birthday and she’s cherished it, adding it to the necklace she wears daily, and it made me so happy to see it on her everyday.

-I also love helping/problem solving for people. I’m the type of person who would drop whatever I’m doing if you ask me for help, even for complete strangers and especially for those I care about. People have used this to their advantage before and have taken me for granted, to the point where I’ve spent an entire weekend helping someone with a project, only to blocked right after the project was done. So I’ve become more wary/suspicious/protective of my time, because obviously going out of my way to help someone and them not even appreciating it hurts me emotionally.

The Situation

My friend told me she was moving out of her unhealthy living situation and had a lot of stuff to get done, so I of course offered to help her pack/move on Wed May 31st, and we made a plan the night before (Tues May 30th) that she would pack what she could during the day and I’d come over after work with additional boxes/tape/etc and we’d finish up all the packing, and after, I’d help her with some documents (lease takeoveroommate’s loan payment plan). On Wed, we only messaged twice during the workday, usually we’d message much more frequently, which I took as a good sign that she way busy packing. Around 7, I left to go Walmart to pick up boxes and tape, and at 7:25 I called her, via snapchat audio, to let her know I was on my way. She didn’t pick up, so I tried her phone and also FaceTime Audio. Both went to voicemail, so I sent a text instead, also asking if she needed anything else (food/coffee/etc) and asking her to give me a call back in case I don’t see her message while driving. I depart Walmart, and begin the 30 minute drive to her place, driving a bit faster than normal because Walmart took longer than expect and I felt bad for being late to help her. Here’s what happened:

She responds 10 mins into the drive, saying she already has enough boxes and that she’s getting ready to leave. I’m amazed she’s done, and given she said she was leaving when she knew I was coming, wasn’t sure what the implication was. Were we meeting to do the documents at her parents or getting food and doing them there or were we meeting at my place? Should I keep driving to her or turn around and go somewhere else? I’d been hearing about the roommate drama all week so I would’ve preferred not arriving and getting mixed up if that was possible. But I wasn’t sure, so I figured I’d just keep going just in case. I couldn’t type all that so I asked again for her to call me, reiterating that i’m on my way, thinking that would communicate the call was time sensitive.

Me:

Jane:
07:45PM We are watching a movie but yea I could go upstairs
07:46PM I appreciate you having those boxes for me but I’m pretty much packed

She responds a couple minutes later, telling me she didn’t open my snap until now, and doesn’t answer either of the questions nor do I get a call. I’m almost in her neighborhood at this point, so I try calling again, but goes to voicemail after a ring or two. I really don’t want to show up there if she’s already left. So I send a text, asking again for her to call me. She responds immediately saying they’re watching a movie but she could go upstairs. I’m a bit confused, but wait, giving her time to go upstairs and call me.

07:51PM My phones on silent 😂 and I didn’t know why you were calling?

07:52PM Because i’m driving 80 on the highway and shouldn’t be texting lol

Another few minutes have passed, and by this time I’ve arrived and parked around the corner from her house. Confused as to why its taking so long for her to go upstairs, I call again and no answer. So I send her a text, asking if she doesn’t see any of the 6 missed snapchat, FaceTime audio and phone calls. I call again, and no answer. I’m a planner, I like making detailed plans and following through on them. I’m okay with plans changing, as long as those changes are made clear and not left ambiguous. So, given that I don’t know what’s going on, I don’t know what the new plan is and I’ve asked multiple times for her to call me so I can find out what’s going on and what the new plan is, I’m now frustrated and realized I just drove 30 minutes all the way here for nothing so I text saying I’m just going to go turn around.

She responds immediately saying her phone was on silent but also simultaneously knowing I was calling, but didn’t know WHY I was calling. This frustrates me even more given that I had repeatedly said I was currently driving over to her house and repeatedly asked if I should be turning around and repeatedly asked her to call back. Not to mention, the easiest way to find out WHY someone is calling is to answer the call or call them back. But I hold my frustration and explain that I was calling because I driving and couldn’t have a text conversation.

A few minutes go by, and I text again, asking what the new plan is. She immediately replies, saying she forgot the part of the plan after the packing. And at that point, I deduce that she’s hinting I shouldn’t come to her place and I just leave.

Obviously I’m frustrated, and the whole ride home I’m trying to clear my head and wondering if I should express my frustration. The whole week, she’s had new drama with her toxic roommates and patronizing mother, so just I keep telling myself “she’s going through a rough time, just brush it off”. But also, if someone were going out of their way to come help me pack etc, and I finished packing early, I would’ve told them as soon as I’m done that they don’t need to make the 30 minute drive over. That’s just considerate.

08:50PM Last night we talked and the plan was that after work i’d bring over boxes and help you finish packing and do the documents if we had time. So if the plan changes, like you finish before I get off or that you no longer need boxes, can you please communicate that to me beforehand?

Because I feel really stupid rn since I spent 45 minutes going to Walmart to get boxes/tape/etc and driving all the way to you, just to find out you didn’t need any more boxes and that you already finished packing. It’s kinda inconsiderate and makes me feel unappreciated.

So in the future could you try being a little more considerate of my time by communicating changes to the plan in a timely manner?

Is that fair of me to ask?

I know she’s had a rough week, but I also rescheduled plans I had that evening so I could go help her, only to be ignored when I’m literally on my way and finding out all my effort was meaningless. Yes she has a lot on her plate, but I wouldn’t do that to someone and I expect that not to be done to me. So after getting home, before I even get out the car, I text saying i’m frustrated. And I take 10 minutes crafting a text (we’re both on the spectrum and aren’t the most tactful at expressing/interpreting through text) why i’m frustrated, how what she did was inconsiderate, how it made me feel unappreciated and what we can do in the future to avoid that happening again (assuming she cares that she was inconsiderate and unintentionally made me feel unappreciated). After writing, rewriting and rewording trying to make sure it’s clear i’m not blaming her and just respectfully discussing a boundary that was crossed, I send the message 10 minutes before 9pm.

It really wasn’t a big deal, and I didn’t expect a 10 page apology letter. Just something like “Apologies for not being considerate of your time and thanks for understanding that I’m just stressed right now. I’ll be sure to update you if our plans change like that again.” And we’d move on. No big deal.

12:10AM Just wanted to check in. I hope it doesn’t sound like i’m talking down to you or patronizing you, because i’m sure you got a lot of that from your ex, and that’s definitely not what im trying to do. Rather, I wanted to express how what you did made me feel. I know that it wasn’t intentional, and it just slipped your mind, which is why I’m not at all mad about it. We’re human and it happens, especially given that you have a lot on your plate rn. But at the same time, I needed to address it so it doesn’t happen again in the future

But after a few hours, I didn’t hear back from her. And got worried I messed up the wording of my text and accidentally gave off a patronizing tone or the idea that I was talking down to her. And just after midnight, I I send a message hoping to clarify the intent of the message. Expecting that to clear up any misunderstandings, I go to sleep expecting her to reply like she usually does before work in the morning.

Thurs June 1
However, in the morning there’s still no response. We were supposed to go to the gym, go to a sushi restaurant for dinner and go see a standup show that night. So I send her a snapchat, asking if our plans were still on tonight.

Me: I can see I’ve upset you and I feel really bad because that’s the last thing I want to do. I feel like I should be allowed to express how I feel, but I clearly didn’t do it properly if it upset you this much. Looking back I wish I waited to have a discussion in person, because we’re both terrible at text communication. I know you’re busy, but when you get a chance, it would mean a lot to me if you shared your thoughts with me and we have a discussion? I really enjoy talking to you and the silent treatment really hurts really hurts 😕

She doesn’t reply for the rest of the day. At that time, we had a 14 day snap-streak (just an achievement thing when you send snaps for X consecutive days. The timer for keeping the streak resets at midnight so to keep the streak, you need to send a snap before then.

Right after sending that, I went online and ordered a bouquet to be delivered to her with the note “In the meantime, hope these brighten your day (:” And I went about my day as normal, thinking she’d reach out when she’s ready in a couple days like she said.

Me: Hey, I’m worried that you’re going to stop talking to me. I value our friendship and didn’t mean to offend you with my message last week. I don’t know if you still need more time but would you be willing to meet up with me so we can talk through what happened?

After a week past the situation I wasn’t sure what was going on. I thought she would’ve at least sent a quick message last Friday saying she had received the bouquet, but nothing. So worried that she was just gonna ghost me, I reached out the next Wednesday June 7, hoping we could just talk in person and clear up whatever the issue was.

Sat June 10
And as of today, Sat June 10, when I’m writing this, no response. She’s viewed the stories I’ve posted all week, and she’s been actively posting as well all week, but nothing to me. So I’ve been slowly coming to terms that our friendship might be over. That or she just really needs more time to process whatever she’s processing. But last night she posted a picture with her necklace in frame. The lapis lazuli pendant she had worn everyday since I gave it to her was no longer there. She’s not waiting to talk to me, but rather she’s probably not going to talk to me ever again. It seems our friendship has ended. And it seems like I’m the bad guy she removed from her life.

The Questions

Am I the asshole/dumbass for being frustrated/expressing it?

I feel like she would be understanding about expressing my feelings, and wouldn’t want me to feel unappreciated unintentionally. And I thought I was communicating my feelings in a healthy way, but I can see that something I said or the way I said it really upset her or possibly triggered some trauma from her abusive ex, and that definitely wasn’t my intention and is the absolute last thing I’d want to do because I care about her so so much and just want to see her happy, but somehow made her so upset that she refuses to talk with me and has gotten rid of something she treasures because I was the one who gave it to her. It feels like I’m in the wrong here, like I’m the asshole but I don’t see how?

AITA for expressing my feelings in a healthy way and setting boundaries for myself so my willingness to go out of my way to help is not taken advantage of?
AITA for not bottling my emotions when my friend was having a rough time and needed someone to stay supportive?
If expressing my feelings was right, AITA for the way I expressed it? Did I come off as demanding/manipulative/abusive/patronizing?

Hi all. I live in England.
I am currently having a dispute with Evans Cycles and I'm in need of help of what my rights are in regards to the above and what action I can take.
I bought a bike from them back in August last year (2022) for work, and in December (03/12/22) the pedal fell off whilst I was on it. I contacted the store to ask for a repair on the same day, and brought it in shortly after that.
Several weeks passed with no contact from the store and I rang and visited the store to enquire about the repair, being advised that they were waiting on a part. I gave the employee at the store my telephone number, asking to be kept updated on what was going on, even if it was just waiting for the part still.
I rang again on 25/04 to enquire about getting a refund as I was not happy with the service provided and that I had to buy another bike as the wait was too long and needed one to commute to work. Was advised to call back later on the week as the manager was not on duty. I called back on 29/04, spoke to the manager who advised that I would need to call head office as they deal with the complaints and refunds.
I spoke to an employee at head office, who advised they would speak to the warranty team to organise a refund as I had specifically stated that I did not want the bike back as I had purchased a new one. I never received an email following this up.
I then received a call on 03/05 to say the bike had been fixed and was ready for collection, which was against my wishes made clear in the call to head office.
On 04/05/23 11:40 I called head office to make a complaint, and spoke to a customer service person who was very helpful, and verbally confirmed my email with her, who stated an email would be sent to me straight away. At 13:07 I still hadn't received the email, so called again, to find out that my email address had been repeatedly taken down incorrectly, so had not had any emails including my original order confirmation from Aug 22.
Following on from this I've gone through a over month long email chain with multiple different people at their head office, which eventually resulted in them refusing the refund because the work had been done (after I'd requested I didn't want the bike anymore) and that I have bought a different bike (not from them). They then had the cheek to offer me a £25 in store voucher as an apology for any inconvenience caused.
The impact this had is I've had to spend quite a lot of money on taxi fees and getting help from my parents to get lifts to work as I'm not capable of walking that far due to a long term knee injury.
I currently have the call recordings of my calls to head office and have asked for an address for who to send a notice of claim to 2 times since 30/05/23 and once again today, with no answer.
TL:DR - currently in a dispute with a bike company because they won't give me a refund for a bike I no longer wanted due to the time taken to repair it.

Hi I don’t really know how to type all this especially when I’m so frustrated and it seems the sub hasn’t had a post in a year but if there is anyone out there. We can do this right? I have pcos, me and my husband have been trying for over 3 years now, I have an appointment with the fertility doctor at the end of this month and I’m so scared. I’ve had to watch my best friend get pregnant within 3 months of trying and she just had a beautiful baby boy, and she always says the (I love this girl to death but grrr) bullshit line of once you stop trying it’ll happen and maybe god isn’t giving you the baby yet for a reason when she was deep into pregnancy she’d say you don’t want this. And she says that only out of love and hormones and I get it and I could handle all that. Then I get added to a group chat of my cousins who’s been trying not even a month, you guessed it boom pregnant and she added all our family members extended as well so I have to see 80 messages of congratulations. It’s fine I can handle that and weeks pass today though there’s an update, she’s pregnant with twins. WHY I have fought so hard so hard, I would be a loving and protective mother, my husband would be putty in a little baby’s hands and took care of his little sister since he was a teen. We both want this so bad. We deserve it, I have cried so hard, wished on every star, done all I could think of because I’ve been told it’ll happen when it’s supposed to happen and I used to believe that but this is bullshit. And I know I’m supposed to be happy for her and I am, and I know that one persons success doesn’t mean I failed. BUT GODDAMN IT I TRY SO HARD. And I feel like I can’t tell anyone else because then they’ll think I’m mean or not happy for her. And I am happy I’m happy she didn’t have to feel what I do every month. But why couldn’t it be me like why isn’t it my turn yet? This probably won’t get a reply which is fine because I just ranted like a toddler. But maybe there’s hope maybe one day I’ll have a baby in my arms and come back and read this post. My baby and I’ll know that I did it. Until then more months will pass and more tears. But I won’t give up, I’ve fought to long and hard for this to not happen. So if you all are out there reading and made it to the end of my temper tantrum, keep wishing on the stars and praying and doing spells and do what makes you happy, gives you a glimmer of hope. And I sincerely hope that each of you get your wish whatever that may be.

I wanted to do a full review from start to finish as a first time customer who knew about dispenseree for awhile but never took the plunge
Ordered tuesday (6th) 1am - confirmation for payment and order before or around 8am and considering they dont start work until 9am as stated on there website. I was instantly impressed!
Delivery and tracking - now this will be where my one and only complaint falls BUT here me out!
I recieved an email that stated at 2pm that my item had been shipped. I ordered 24hr tracked so its not that unusual if you order before a certain time and use 24hr tracked companies will send out packages same day if ordered before 1pm.
So i was like bloody hell theses boy work quick ggs to them (:
HOWEVER that isnt quite the case ey boys nd girlies :p its clear from my order and orders processed that it seems they do stickers online and then send out in numbers which makes PERFECT sense as a company that have a number of orders , i wouldnt care at all if that was said... thats how shipping tends to go but That brings me back to that email that stated that it had been shipped.
Next part is NO relfection on the company and i dont blame them or implie that they set of my aniexty i am on edge 99percent of the time which is why ive been smoking cbd for 2years but fancied some thc (:
( have ptsd, exsteme aniexty that i cant leave my house without my supporter work)
so after not having any updates on 24hr for 3 days kinda threw me off considering everything has had been super fast and updates where hella quick (bonus) now i made a couple of posts and spoke to others who were facing the same issue as me. Next update was friday the 9th saying royal mail had received it and it was in the system. Recieved today sat 10th.
So my advise would just be to remove that email saying that it has been shipped.
Like its honestly like the only "issue" you see complaints about. Even a simple " we will send your order to RM over the next couple of days please be paitent " would really solve the issue of wondering if we are actually going to get the product as we are in the uk its not a 100percent garented. Dispenseree can only do so much ...
So dont get me wrong even though i was iffy over those couple of days , i now feel confident in the company no doubt I will be using dispeneree again now that i have been through that process.
As for the shake itself im high ^{.^} smelt lovely kinda fruity , kinda cakey to me however you cant trust me too much on that because i was hit by a car ten years ago lmao so have a shit sense of smell something like 0.5. XD
A few stalks here and there but lots of ickle bud. Looks good however my samsung table camera is shite so a picture wouldnt do it justice.
Over all from start to finish id give it a 8/10 and honestly if it wasnt for the delivery thing i no doubt it would be a 10/10
For me over the past few years ive relied on cbd as the nhs is wank when it comes to mh. I no longer have to rely on just cbd. For someone like me this is a life changer. I'll be posting in poe and poeruthless. TLDR; Thank you for all of the support you all did into shaping the game I just played my first season with, what is today. Thank you to the developers of GGG for this masterpiece. Much appreciation to my friend who introduced me and kept spoilers of story and fights down to a minimum.
This wasn't supposed to happen. It was supposed to be down time on video games until D4 launch.
I had played a few titles since January and just finished the ore-order beta of Diablo 4. My friend and I were in Discord and we were like what's next?
He , "Well, I hate to bring it up, especially since you played for a couple of hours and didn't like it a few years ago, but the new season of POE is launching in 6 hours. Wanna play?" To which I responded, "Yeah I'll give it another shot, but only if we do hardcore". He laughed... We agreed on HC Ruthless and the current ladder season Crucible.

Overall, it is difficult to summarize what happened over these last couple of months. I just played. Like PLAYED PLAYED. Like PLAYED PLAYED a game I haven't done since childhood AND had the same ever-lasting game experience we all crave from when we are young. And I am 35 and game often. I even dabbed in streaming games a few years back and was doing it full time. So I've played through lot's of titles. Like everyday, starting a session with the absolute biggest smile and a warm glow and just get locked in.
There were notable (heh) influences from games that I love (Diablo, FFVII materia, FFX sphere grid, etc.) that made me understand why I felt the way I did. Then you add in a killer soundtrack, lovely voice acting and ambient noises, deep lore and story, boss mechanics that make my head spin, labyrinth trials that made my heart pound, theory crafting that made my imagination run wild, topped with a little/ a lot of POB...you get where I am going. AND I barely got to touch crafting because of ruthless. And how the devs made me feel like my characters are about my characters AND my items. Not just my items.
I didn't think I had a POE problem until I found myself trying to understand the lore. I found myself listening to u/KittenCatNoodle 's lore videos which were top notch in filling in the blanks and catching me up. Hopefully this is the right user. Thank you so much for that series.
I am the person/gamer who will start at the hardest difficulty and then work my way back and will lay off the spoilers until I need to. HC Ruthless was what I crave. Everything about it.
It was the Brutus fight that woke me up. And then it was not knowing my first act boss fight with Merveil was happening until it was. Then the feelings during every fight after. The terror and excitement rolled into one. The shakiness of my mouse hand, me muttering "oh fuck" over and over vs Piety and every boss fight thereafter. THE EXCITEMENT of finding and figuring out what Artic Armor was and the sound it made when it dropped.
Character creation was a little overwhelming at first, but as a foundation I went with how I wanted to play the game and the character and went from there. The item scarcity really played a part on how I "grew" my character and used my orbs of regret. Sometimes there weren't large jumps forward but more lateral. And every death I broke ground on a new layer of game knowledge of offensive and defensive layers and continued to adapt. Farming was definitely a thing, and I did so happily with my coffee in hand ever morning.
My first character is actually still alive. I threw a Deadeye together and hoped for the best and got to act 5...well my dps was terrible and got into a block. Then the next DE had a little inspiration from the leaderboard DE at the time and it felt so good. Then promptly got one-shotted by Lunaris-Solaris act 8. A few DEs later and at the time of this writing, I am 17th on the leaderboard for this season.
I WOULD HAVE NEVER had this experience if it wasn't for you all and the rest of the community and the devs of GGG. This was my first playthrough in a game that has been out for 10(?) years and you all have been playing, contributing, theory crafting, storytelling, sharing, recording, streaming, adding feedback, etc. All which has had some impact, big or small.
GGG, thank you for a game that has been out for 10(?) years and continue to update and add content. Everything from character progression and offensive/defensive layers, items, story, VAs, soundtrack, Atlas map mechanics, labyrinths, the thought process that you put on the player, and so much more.
Just know that in every gaming session of mine, I'll be in act 9 listening to the town music, probably listening to the voice lines of Petarus and Vanja.

Hello fellow people!
I am going to Trip today in the Forest with a few Friends. I did acid twice 3 years ago. First time 300ug of 1cp lsd and the second time was 150ug. The First time wasnt that smart with such a Dose. The second time was very therapeutic and i didnt feel the urge to so psychedelics for some time. This year i already did 225ug of 1d lsd (orange Pellet) and 75ug Just to See how Low doses behave. I also tried 15gramm of Magic truffels and 3g of psylocybe cyanensis this year (2 seperate Trips)
So i do Like it a Bit more intense, but Not full blown Ego death for today. I would aim for a dosage between 150 and 250ug. Any suggestions which Dose to try? Or is my plan dumb in any way?

Do Only Good Everyday

So today I upgraded from the 5600G to 5800X3D and everything went nice and smooth and all, or so I thought.
Upon trying to boot my pc, my mobo's LED got stuck on VGA, though at least my display did turn on for mere moments at times, pretty sure my pc kept rebooting.
After that I tried eeeeverything I could think of or find on internet; resetting CMOS, checking if everything is seated properly, trying my RAM sticks one by one in each slot, updating bios and I even tried using my previous 5600G, alas, to no avail.
Now my display won't ever catch a signal. Also the debug LEDs are acting weird, DRAM flashes like every 8 seconds, VGA faintly flashes once in a while and sometimes it shines bright for like 5 seconds aaaaand the boot LED also does ever so rarely and faintly flash a little.
Also, all my fans do spin normally, GPU's logo lights up too, if that's of any matter.
I suppose this means something in my setup died? My guess is either the motherboard or my RAM. Any ideas guys?
My specs are: - Corsair Vengeance RGB SL 2x8gb 3600mhz - Gigabyte Vision RTX 3070 - would be 5800X3D - Corsair CX650F - 500GB Sata SSD and 2TB m.2 - B550M Pro VDH
