Snake collarbone tattoo meaning

Hi! I've finally been able to stick with the game and not get stressed out about it and ditch it for something less depressing, but now I have QUESTIONS! I'd appreciate any help/advice/etc. but of course don't worry if you ain't got the time or energy!
For all of these things I've done extensive reading on the Wiki and tried ye olde googele but couldn't find a reliable answer, or any at all.
1) I keep reading that it's better to purge negative quirks via Cove runs, and I understand that both the Coral and that one generic altar thingy can show up there, however I'm not seeing a lot of them and I feel like I gain negative quirks faster than I can purge them this way. Anything else I need to do? Any team comps for this in particular?
2) For leveling up, quirk purging, quirk farming and gold farming via Anti I feel like it would be really nice to be able to build 3-person squads that you can just slot a 4th into, be it the Anti to farm gold or whoever you wanna purge/farm/level. Is that viable, are there 3-person combos that can do that?
3) I discovered that any setup with Jester and a strong healer, ideally Vestal, can just go on mission after mission with no breaks (unless diseased), because we'll be full health/no stress after every fight. This of course also helps by meaning you won't be getting negative traits as often on the postgame. With most other comps that don't have a Jester, I can only do a few runs before they need to calm down in the hamlet while I take a different party in. Any alternatives to Jester in general and Jester+Vestal in particular?
4) Inventory woes. I'm doing mostly short, with a few medium runs, prolly only done a single "long" so far. Loot piles up so fast, even without Anti! Any favorite strategies anyone wants to share, regarding loot/provisions/inventory management?
5) I've got some Level 3 and 4 heroes now, almost exclusively from running short and medium apprentice missions. Sooner or later I will want to (and have to) move on to Veteran and I am scared. Any advice on how to prepare for that? Also, am I wasting my time doing so many apprentice runs when I'd get more out of Veteran runs in the same amount of time?
5b) Will Shieldbreaker's nightmares get harder if they occur in a Veteran mission? iirc some of them will not appear before Veteran, but assume I've never completed one of her nightmares and I get her first one in a Veteran mission, will the snakes be more buff than if it would have appeared in an Apprentice mission?
6) I've got all the DLC except for CC active, because I was told for a 1st-timer, starting out with CC might be a bit much. I've also not touched the Farmstead yet, as I read that once you do the first mission, things start happening. As spoiler-free as possible: when should I start going to the Farmstead and should I save CC for a 2nd playthrough, or add it to this one at some point?
7) Do I miss out on any story by playing on Radiant, or is it just achievements I'm missing? I want to see as much story as possible (Journal pages are the highest priority loot for me :P) but I'm not too fussed about 100%ing the Steam achievos. Too many games, too little time.
