2023.06.09 22:35 AccomplishedRich6477 Octillery is GOOD in Platinum
Hello, Jumpluff fan back again. Thanks to some recent feedback, I've decided to make this a series where do individual breakdowns on underrated/overrated Pokémon throughout the vanilla games (might expand to romhacks someday). With that said, let's jump into the Jet Pokémon Octillery, and how it performs better than you'd expect in Platinum nuzlockes.
First things first. Octillery and all mons going forward in this series shall be viewed in a vacuum. I don't care if you think Gyarados is better, and I don't care if that's true for the vast majority of circumstances. That has no relation to Octillery's individual stats, abilities, or everything else that makes this Pokémon unique. Part of why so many Pokémon in nuzlockes aren't given the credit they deserve or get too much credit is because they are not viewed in a vacuum, and so the argument always just defaults to "this" is outclassed by "that" so it's not worth using, "this" outclasses "that" so you never have a reason to use "that", etc. A mon should be rated on its own capabilities, not stacked against something else.
Location:
Remoraid and Octillery (Route 212, 213 (Earliest Possible), 222, 223, 224, Pastoria City, Sunyshore City, Pokémon League (Good Rod)).
Evolution:
Remoraid evolves into Octillery at 25, meaning you can start using this before Crasher Wake.
Abilities:
Suction Cups (not useful in most scenarios, but still a positive ability nonetheless).
Sniper (Increases your critical damage multiplier from 2x to 3x. Definitely the one you want, and makes Octillery even more ludicrously powerful).
Typing:
Water. What else is there to say? Pure water is a solid defensive typing that boasts four resistances to common types, and fits well with Octillery's performance. With only two weaknesses, both of which are easy to cover, Octillery synergizes well with a bevy of team members.
Stat Spread:
HP: 75
ATK: 105
DEF: 75
SPATK: 105
SPDEF: 75
SPD: 45
When looking at the stats, Octillery is fairly decent. 105 offenses on both ends is pretty good, and the 75/75/75 bulk is not bad. The bane here is the slow speed of which there are workarounds, but it is undeniable it hurts Octillery's performance. Nonetheless, we will see how the slow octopi fares in a run.
Lvl 44 0 SpA Froslass Shadow Ball vs. Lvl 44 0 HP / 0 SpD Octillery: 42-51 (31.5 - 38.3%) -- 90.5% chance to 3HKO
Lvl 45 0 Atk Houndoom Thunder Fang vs. Lvl 48 0 HP / 0 Def Octillery: 50-60 (34.7 - 41.6%) -- guaranteed 3HKO
Lvl 49 0 Atk Scizor X-Scissor vs. Lvl 59 0 HP / 0 Def Octillery: 58-69 (33.1 - 39.4%) -- 99.8% chance to 3HKO
Lvl 55 0 Atk Infernape Thunder Punch vs. Lvl 59 0 HP / 0 Def Octillery: 78-92 (44.5 - 52.5%) -- 16% chance to 2HKO
Lvl 55 0 SpA Espeon Psychic vs. Lvl 59 0 HP / 0 SpD Octillery: 84-99 (48 - 56.5%) -- 84.8% chance to 2HKO
Lvl 60 0 SpA Lucario Aura Sphere vs. Lvl 62 0 HP / 0 SpD Octillery: 84-99 (45.6 - 53.8%) -- 39.5% chance to 2HKO
Here you can see how Octillery's bulk matches up. Against many strong neutral attacks, and even some supereffective attacks, Octillery lives many hits pretty handily. But it's not just that. Octillery offensively is pretty good, and is another glimmering part of its performance.
Lvl 41 0 SpA Octillery Surf vs. Lvl 38 0 HP / 0 SpD Steelix: 138-164 (118.9 - 141.3%) -- guaranteed OHKO
Lvl 48 0 SpA Octillery Ice Beam vs. Lvl 46 0 HP / 0 SpD Crobat: 90-108 (60.8 - 72.9%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
Lvl 59 0 SpA Octillery Surf vs. Lvl 53 0 HP / 0 SpD Drapion: 90-106 (58.8 - 69.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
Lvl 59 0 SpA Octillery Surf vs. Lvl 55 0 HP / 0 SpD Rhyperior: 436-520 (209.6 - 250%) -- guaranteed OHKO
Lvl 59 0 SpA Octillery Surf vs. Lvl 55 0 HP / 0 SpD Infernape: 180-212 (109 - 128.4%) -- guaranteed OHKO
Lvl 62 0 SpA Octillery Flamethrower vs. Lvl 60 0 HP / 0 SpD Lucario: 124-146 (72 - 84.8%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
Against many major threats, Octillery can usually secure a guaranteed 2hko and several times even a guaranteed ohko, which is a testament to its offensive prowess. If you have sniper, your crits suddenly become a lot more dangerous, and an Octillery crit many times will result in a clean ohko.
Movepool:
Oh yeah. Now we're talking. This is where Octillery really shines. For starters, it gets octazooka upon evolution and before Wake, it will get bullet seed. You can also relearn gunk shot, focus energy and rock blast if you get heart scales. At 42 you will get signal beam, which is good for Lucian, and you naturally get ice beam at 48. This is all fantastic! But it doesn't stop there.
When you look at the TMs available, it only gets better. As is customary for all waters, surf is available before Byron. This allows for Octillery to begin abusing a strong and reliable stab for most of when you use it. Other notable TMs include ice beam, flamethrower, energy ball, charge beam, rest, etc. It is a very customizable mon, and you can easily run several different move sets for the particular fights.
Matchups: (Big fights to watch out for)
Crasher Wake: Great! Takes little damage from Wake's team and can use bullet seed and rock blast to take everything down.
Byron: Decent. Does well against the Steelix, but you'll want to stay away from the magneton. Bastiodon is a bit iffy too, but if it's around 60% hp, Octillery can come in and safely ohko it without the fear getting hit with metal burst.
Candice: Pretty Good! Does well against everything except the abomasnow. If you really wanna test your luck, equip a rindo berry and bring some paralysis support for octillery to safely beat it with a guaranteed ohko flamethrower.
Cyrus 3: Decent. Does well against houndoom, crobat and gyarados, but honckrow and weavile are a bit suspicious, especially with weavile, as a crit ruins you.
Volkner: No. Besides use as a pivot, don't try to tank hits with octillery for this fight. For one you're not going to win any 1v1s and most pokemon are guaranteed/have a roll for an ohko.
Aaron: Great! There's nothing on the team that really scares Octillery besides the heracross, where a crit close combat is a roll to ohko. Otherwise, it wrecks havoc.
Bertha: Fantastic. Nothing here is a huge threat besides the hippowdon which Octillery is widely favored to ohko. Another W for the octopi.
Flint: Great! Admittedly a little trickier, but Octillery still has a strong performance here. The big threat to be worried about is the magmortar, but a wacan berry and some paralysis support can again help it 1v1 this behemoth.
Lucian: Ok. Octillery does well against espeon, but that's about it. It does have a guaranteed 2hko on bronzong with flamethrower, but if bronzong starts boosting up with calm mind, you better hope sniper comes in clutch. The other three are pretty risky to take on, as they either have a roll or guaranteed 2hko on the octopus. With paralysis support, octillery can do fine against these threats, but it is far from a failsafe solution.
Cynthia: Decent. It matches up well against the spiritomb and lucario. Octillery even has a roll for an ohko against Garchomp with ice beam, although the 2hko from earthquake means that a crit equals certain death. It can even take down the milotic with charge beam or energy ball, however mirror coat means you'll need to carefully wear it down before proceeding with the se hit. The togekiss mu is really fishy, and is basically a 50/50. But with paralysis support, octillery has much better odds. Don't try using this against roserade even with paralysis support.
In short, Octillery is a very customizable mon with much more to the eye than you'd expect. I would recommend getting something with twave and paralyze the faster targets first, as while octillery is bulky enough to stomach hits and powerful enough to make quick work of its enemies, the slow speed is a huge downer and makes it easy for Octillery to get worn down. Paralysis support allows for octillery to outspeed its threats and take less damage, and makes it safer for octillery to run rest for recovery.
All in all, Octillery is a very fun mon to mix and match with, and performs well from the moment you get it. I recommend giving it a spin sometime.
Thank you for listening to my long and winded tale. Until next time.

2023.06.09 22:14 RomanDeltaEngin33r A Reasonable "Run it Back" scenario; Make Harden the 5th Option & Make String Changes
TLDR at bottom but don't bitch unless you read my reasoning.
The more I think about this, the more I think the large majority of our failures comes down to poor string construction, and poor role designations / scoring option hierarchy. Harden may be washed from a Scoring/Hero standpoint, but he's still the best playmaker there is. If I am Morey and Nurse, I make three very cheap but effective small moves in FA, change role assignments, string construction and run it back under Nurse.
I bring Niang back because 40.1% from the 3 is elite, and I still maintain game 6 would have been a one possession game if Doc wasn't stupid and benched him red hot. I bring in UFA Javonte Green, who has a defensive rating of 108.9 (DPOY defensive rating is 105.3), shoots 37.1% from the 3 and 57% from the 2. He's hitting FA off a 1.7 million salary. I bring Reed back and he gets regular minutes all season long. Reed has a better defensive rating than this year's DPOY, but the sample size is obviously too small to give him DPOY over Jarren. I keep Tobias at least until the trade deadline, because depth is not the problem right now; String and Role Designations are, and trading Tobias is only going to get you depth pieces. Harden has proven he's unreliable as the 2nd scoring option, so losing Tobias right now isn't the right call in my opinion considering we can't replace him for a similar scoring option.
I make Harden stop trying to be the 2nd scoring option and focus solely on playmaking. He also stops driving to the basket; It's like watching slow motion now and he's not getting the calls he used to, which results in turnovers or blocks. Basically the 5th option is the stepback 3 when the shot clock is almost up (unless he's hot). PJ moves to the bench because we need to replace Harden's firepower on the nights he has it. Granted, he still has 30 point nights, but more times than not he is an assist machine and gets you 10-16 points in the process. The question is how many failed shots did he take or turnovers driving to the basket or fumbling the ball between his legs did he cause to get those 10-16 points?
I start Melton at the 2 and Tobias at the 3 because both are good defenders and both are shooting close to 40 from the 3. I start Niang at the 4 because he's shooting a little over 40 from the 3 and with Embiid, Tobias and Melton's defense, we can afford to do that. Tobias as a shared 2nd/3rd scoring option with Niang (whoever's open) will get you his usual 20 points per game. You can't expect him to get you 20 points a game as the 4th option on an average of 9 ball touches per game. Somehow he still managed just shy of 15 ppg this past year though, so he's getting bagged on a bit unfairly (save the 2 point playoff game where he really could have stepped up).
Off the bench I play Reed at the 5, PJ at the 4 (who by the way is shooting 40% from 3, he just doesn't get enough ball touches to get the points as the 5th option on 1st string), McDaniels at the 3 (DRTG 113.6, which is OK, and 40% from the 3), Javonte Green at the 2 (108.9 DRTG and 37.1% from the 3) and a full season of Maxey at the 1 so he gets comfortable in that role and becomes prime Lou Williams on crack. Besides Maxey that's a defensive fortress 2nd string, everybody can shoot, and Maxey has the ball in his handles, which is where he is best.
TLDR:
Bring Niang and Reed back. Sign UFA Javonte Green (DPOY-worthy DRTG & 37.1% from 3) for 3 mil.
Harden focuses solely on playmaking and stops driving to the basket, dribbling between his legs or looking to be anything higher than the 4th scoring option.
Tobias and Niang share the second scoring option on the 1st string, with D-Melt as the third.
Maxey runs the bench in his native position with a shit ton of defense and shooting around him.
Scoring option order:
1st String: Embiid, Tobias/Niang, Melton, Harden
2nd String: Maxey, Reed, Tucker, McDaniels, Javonte Green
Bet you that's ECF minimum.

2023.06.09 22:12 Drakolf Dragon Rising- 26. Conjoin:
"Ruuk." I jolted awake, my heart thundering in my chest. I looked around, but didn't see anyone. I sat up on my bed, idly noting that the bedding was different. My bedroom was adorned with carvings dedicated to Bahamut, a small assortment of vestments were arranged on a shelf, as well as an assortment of other things that Tallyn likely had need of.
I stood up, I no longer felt exhausted, but I didn't feel rested. I didn't remember much of my nightmare, only that it was claustrophobic, a memory of the mine collapsing on me? I wasn't certain. I made use of some sort of polish to clean up my armor and some wax to give the spear a nice coating.
We didn't bathe, at least, we didn't go out of our way to use our drinking water for bathing. I usually stuck with Prestidigitation, three quick casts were enough for me. As I got ready for the day, I walked over to the vestments and picked them up. Dyed blue, at least with magic, as far as I knew. The Artificers were good at figuring out all of the things that both mattered and didn't matter.
'The vestments of my faith are a sign of devotion to me.' Bahamut spoke.
'You have your devotion directed elsewhere.' "I know." I said. "I want to avoid another situation with your faithful, I quite literally went in and gave Mitne a dressing down on little more than spite, and something like that's not going to be ignored, regardless of the situation."
I put the vestments on, and noted a section of the wall had been polished to a reflective sheen.
My once-blind eye was a deep azure, the scars still present on my face, the other was a dull, pale yellow, a sign that Kurtulmak had once been an influence in my life. I realized, as I looked into my reflection, that this was my first time seeing myself since... Since when? There was a memory, certainly. A building, one that was completely different from what I was used to.
'You do not remember your prior home.' Bahamut observed.
'Does it distress you, knowing that you used to live as a Human?" "I was... a Human?" I asked. I shook my head. "I don't remember ever being one."
'Nobody does.' Bahamut replied.
'There is an entire year you have existed as a soul, the effects of Tiamat's machinations still affected you, their effect forcing you to forget you ever were a Human in the first place.' He paused.
'In many ways, the truth becomes a lie, as the Human named Adrian ceases to exist, with only Ruuk Stingtail remaining.' "Will there ever be a point where that would become a lie, even to you?" I asked.
'Perhaps when the last memory has faded, and the truth would only serve to cause anguish.' He answered.
'I have had to abide by much I would not normally, simply because adhering to my ideals would have only led to suffering. I do not have the luxuries the other worlds grant me, if my faithful are gone, and you are dead, Tiamat will have total victory.' I could feel anguish, a distinct feeling of being unclean. I could see visions of acts of great valor, judgments made for the sake of good and justice, a rigid moral code that brooked not even the merest acts of evil. Worlds where faith formed sturdy bridges, easy egress.
And then there was this lone planet, cast aside and forgotten, only the thinnest threads granting any connection.
"You're forced to abide by us, simply because it's the only option you have." I realized.
I saw another vision, of myself, disbelieving. I could feel a fondness, a desire to show myself a world beyond my own imaginings. The lightning was for me, to spark belief, to show a greater truth. I felt such strong joy, seeing myself faithful to him, and I felt the cold, crushing sorrow and disappointment when I refused to leave Kurtulmak behind.
I saw my evil acts, and I felt such devastating loss and self-loathing for allowing pride to get in the way of ensuring my continued devotion to good.
Bahamut had made costly mistakes, and though he hated it, though he
despised abiding by it, he was forced to tolerate my actions, he was forced to give me every opportunity to prove that I hadn't fallen so deeply into hatred as to be irretrievable.
Yet, even though he did not believe for a second Kurtulmak was capable of such, the day Garl Glittergold confronted us, my God had shocked him completely,
Looking at my reflection, I realized I liked seeing myself in this.
'You are my agent, Ruuk, because you were the only one who was able to see hypocrisy for what it was. You demanded I give you proof, because nothing less than that would satisfy you. Even at your lowest, you never truly did anything that hadn't been done to you. Your hatred, painful as it was to see, was justified by the hatred directed toward you. Your manipulations to bring about an Empire were no different from Galax's." He paused.
'The day I directed you to the platinum, that was a test to see who you really were. An irredeemable tyrant would have used it for evil, or hidden its existence entirely. You not only gave it to my Temple, you made what they needed most.' I felt his presence around me.
'I am proud of what good you have done, and I am ashamed of the evil my actions to you have wrought. And yet I still use you, my gift being little more than a tool, not a true reward.' "I have promised myself to Kurtulmak." I said. "If you cannot abide by this, then take my brother as your agent, because I will continue to try and bring my God back."
'I abide, for the simple fact that you have done what I believed to be impossible. I do not need your faith, I only need your good and your justice. I shall not make you make promises to me." I nodded. "Bahamut... If you promise me you will help me bring him back, if that is a promise you can make, I will serve you and him in equal measure, and he will have to accept that since you would have aided me."
'Ruuk Stingtail, this I vow.' "Then I vow to serve you as I serve my God, I will hold you in the same regard I give him, and when I am able, I will strive to follow your way.
Nomeno Si okros."
I felt Bahamut's warmth flow through me. It did not fill in the void Kurtulmak's death left behind, merely outlined it. In the mirror, my blue eye glowed with inner light.
'Go put on your armor.' Bahamut spoke.
'It would not look good for you to serve both of us, yet represent only me.' I put the armor on, and feeling more determined than ever, I stepped out into my throne room.
The look on my Council's face, and the faces of both the followers of Kurtulmak and Bahamut, indicated nobody expected me to walk out as I had. Carrying Kurtulmak's spear, wearing his armor, yet bearing Bahamut's holy vestments, I most certainly struck quite the sight.
"Kneel." I said, and they all knelt. "From this day forward, I am a servant of both Kurtulmak and Bahamut, for Bahamut has given me his solemn vow to see him restored."
"As my agent upon this world, Tallyn shall be the ultimate authority of my Temple, as guided by me." Bahamut spoke, my eye flashing with his power.
"There shall no longer be a High Priest dictating what is my Law. In the days to come, I shall make apparent what is truth, what is deception, and what is simple misinterpretation." I blinked, his presence retracting, but not retreating. I was as much his, and I was Kurtulmak's, and he was not letting me go any time soon. Not that I minded.
"From this point forward." I said. "The only laws of the Empire are the Tenets of Bahamut, and what laws come forth as needed. All prior laws will be discarded. Moreover, worship to any God is not mandatory. If I see so much as a pamphlet being handed out, I will execute the offender personally. Is this understood?"
"Yes, Imperator." "Good." I said. "That line of communication is today's top priority. If no significant headway has been made, I will assume either incompetence or malice, and I will personally see to it that the offender is held accountable." I looked at my father. "Baruk, as my father, you have a heavy burden. I know you will not mess this up."
"Of course, Imperator." He said.
"Good. Go out and to what is needed. I will handle the citizens and their criticisms. Make it known that I now command the Temples, and that there will be no High Priest to dictate their lives. Dismissed."
I didn't waste any time, and neither did the people. Of course, they were a little concerned, seeing me wearing Bahamuti vestments when I stepped out onto the gathering area, but I commanded them to give me their criticisms and concerns.
"The Temples are under my command." I said. "As Bahamut's Agent, it is my job to ensure the people are treated with dignity and respect. You will not be forced to believe in anything."
Going through over ten thousand individual papers is exhausting, so I said, "If in the process of going through everything, I have addressed your every concern, feel free to dispose of your paper." This, as it turned out, was a good idea, because by the time I got to the twentieth person, over half of the gathered crowd crumpled up their papers, ignited them, or otherwise got rid of it.
No detail was too insignificant. "As the new head of Bahamut's Temple, I declare your grievances legitimate, if any Cleric or Paladin denies you any recompense, return to me and I will personally kick their ass."
Gradually, I saw hope and happiness restored in their faces.
"I will not be removing Tallyn from his position." I stated in response to one grievance that called him ineffectual. "At present, I need him to ensure shit gets done with the Temple. However, the one who
made him ineffectual will be hunted down and executed on sight."
Another thousand papers were disposed of.
As the day wound down to evening, and after a light lunch, the complaints and criticisms grew more granular and petty, I addressed each issue, and by nightfall, I had gone through the entire list. My father reported that the soldiers were willing to set up a direct line of communication, and were glad we were finally cooperating.
"How did they react to me returning from the dead?" I asked.
"I, uh, haven't actually had a chance to really explain that." He said. "It would have bogged things down. They will be getting things ready for our Artificers, who have an idea for a broadcasting device based around the concept of something called Sending Stones. It shouldn't rely on electricity at all."
"Good." I said.
I took a short nap before leaving to do the ritual again. This time, we had a brazier, which we used to burn aromatic herbs.
"This time, I shall join, but I will not give devotion, only direction." Bahamut spoke through me.
We were going to need a lot more stuff, but thankfully, we had a convenient supply of gold, silver, and gemstones waiting to be peeled off the walls of a building.
The next day, while the Artificers got to work on the communication devices, we got to work on what I called 'Operation Cleanup'. Kurtulmak's Divine Essence being everywhere was what some would consider A Problem. That was our ultimate goal, and our options were very limited on that front.
So we focused on what we
could do.
I did away with the notion of a Temple to Bahamut entirely, instead just having his face carved into a wall that was accessible to everyone, but out of the way enough that anyone who needed to pray could do so without being bothered.
"Until everyone can behave long enough to not need one, there will be no Temple." I stated firmly. "You have The Wall, you will do your praying at The Wall. If this is inconvenient for you, then go out and do what Bahamut commands you to do. Your actions are your prayers, use them."
The Clerics and Paladins were used to long-winded sermons about Bahamut and his deeds. I was very blunt and direct. If Bahamut had a problem with something, it was always something along the lines of 'Bahamut said no. These are the reasons he said no. If you complain, I will poke you with the pointy end of this spear.'
Which was, incidentally, effective. Bahamut's faithful gradually stopped being so insular and uncertain. The Tenets were all they needed, anything else was a judgment call on their part. "Believe in the you that Bahamut believes in, go forth and do good." I would say.
Anything that needed a less strict hand, or a slightly less moral approach, I would deal with it. He didn't like it, but as far as I was concerned, "If I must be Evil, then I shall be
necessary." A concept he believed was oxymoronic, but he didn't complain because I still deferred to his judgment on most things that needed it.
The Temple dealt with, I started focusing on the ravening bands of murderhobos below the city, and that was going to require a more delicate touch.
"
Arcanik jedark vers!" I snapped, killing a Kobold who was trying to attack me.
"Kneel before your Imperator, or by the point of Kurtulmak's spear and the tip of his poisonous tail, I will see every member of your family perish!" Delicate.
Sufficiently cowed, the recently dead made recently revived, I made it very clear I was in charge. "Tiamat killed me,
and I am still here to make it her problem!" I roared.
Bahamut wasn't particularly fond of me using brutality and coercion to get the hostile Kobolds to comply, but considering I wore a replica of Kurtulmak's armor and wielded his actual spear, well, the only thing I was missing was a stinger tail, and I was reasonably certain I could probably finagle some sort of magic that would do that, if it was absolutely necessary.
With them cowed and submissive, I led them out into the daylight, which they of course weren't happy with. With them stood in front of my city, I spoke very clearly. "I am Imperator of this city, its citizens revere me. If you cannot exist peacefully with them, I will not bring you back. We are Kobolds, and Kobolds protect their own."
Contact between the two groups was tense, but they integrated, swapping crude covers for actual clothes and bolstering our workforce. They numbered roughly one hundred. I made it fairly clear that worship of Tiamat was not allowed. "We will not revere a Goddess who attacked us and slaughtered four fifths of our population. If you must revere a God, revere Kurtulmak, whom we will bring back to life, or Bahamut, who has done more for us than Tiamat ever will."
Atheism was, of course, a viable alternative.
The next few days were dedicated to me helping with the smaller, less vital things, taking down banners that were solely dedicated to Bahamut that had been required by law to be hung- anyone who wanted to hang them in their own home or outside of such was welcome to- or arming the populace because Mitne wanted to consolidate power.
And each night, we performed the ritual, even if it ultimately amounted to nothing, we refused to sit back and
do nothing.
During the restoration of Kurtulmak's Temple, one of our workers slipped and fell on something sharp, I didn't even think as I yanked it out and healed him, I had one free heal per 'long rest', any further would eat up my supply of spells, which considering I could restore a handful, meant in a rough spot, I could take some burden off any Clerics.
Finally, on the fifth day of my resurrection, the line of communication was made, and I got ready to use it.
____________________________________________________________________________________________________________
Blood-slicked hand, dead eyes gazing into mine, it was either him or me. Thousands of eyes were on me, overcrowded, overwhelming. I told them, this was where we would stay, I told them we would fight our way to the center, we would conquer this land for as long as it was necessary. They spoke: "Yes, Imperator!"

2023.06.09 22:03 SecureScallion2672 Most Dragon Ball characters are NOT Universal or above.
HOT TAKE ————————————————————
I truly do not believe most of the dragon ball characters are universal. This is coming from a longtime dragon ball fan, i believe most of the dragon ball characters are wanked to oblivion especially during scaling.
So, what makes a character universal? A character being universal means they are capable to destroy an entire universe with their OWN power single handedly.
We will be specifically going over 3 characters from Dragon Ball that i believe are wanked to oblivion.
- Goku
- Vegeta
- Teen SSJ2 Gohan
So, for Goku the only universal feat i see coming from him is when he collided with beerus and sent shockwaves across the universe. Sure, this is an impressive feat, however, it was caused by 2 powers colliding with each other, not goku himself, and this is not a destructive feat. It certainly is an impressive feat in terms of the range but not destruction. Destruction and power are two different things. 30 years ago, frieza destroyed a planet because of the sheer destructive power of his ability. Im sure if you gave Yamcha or Tien this ability they’d be able to destroy the planet aswell, that doesnt say anything about their power level though, does it? I also see Goku’s durability wanked to oblivion as well. This is the same Goku that was damaged by a pebble in SSJ form and visibly agitated by it. This is the same goku that was almost killed by a plasma rifle in SSB form. These arguments are meant for a different post though. Just thought i’d add those in.
As for Vegeta, he really is the same as Goku in terms of how many people wank him. To keep it simple, Vegeta does not have any abilities capable of destroying a universe. Sure, he may be stronger than certain people that have destroyed planets, but that does not mean he has the same destructive abilities as them. Its sort of like how people argue kid buu is more destructive than super buu , but not stronger. Vegeta died in a simple planet explosion aswell. Goku and Vegeta were shocked at beerus exploding a planet but, wankers claim they are both universal up to this point. Why would they be shocked at mere planet exploding if this were true?
And for SSJ2 Gohan, he is star level AT BEST. Some people like to argue at this point he is solar system level but that is simply untrue. You can see this in his final attack against cell. During this attack, Gohan was at his peak. He used his maximum power WITH the help of Goku, and the only impressive feats here are it grazing the Earth’s surface and the beam being seen in space. How could this possibly destroy the solar system? I could only see it destroying a star at best. Sure, Gohan may be stronger than certain characters that have destroyed planets up at this point, that doesnt mean he has the same destructive ability as them.
I feel like Dragon Ball characters are scaled based off of statements more than on screen feats. No other series does this. Dragon ball fans wank their characters the most out of any other fandom.

2023.06.09 22:02 genericfluser 6/9/23 Weekly Update
2023.06.09 22:01 JRE47 A PvP Analysis on Breaking Swipe Haxorus (June Community Day)
Our first Community Day of the season is here, and it's high time everyone be able to find themselves a shiny (literally!) new
HAXORUS at last, don't you think? How does this funky Dragon look now in PvP battles? The answer to that is mostly right here in our
Bottom Line Up Front:
B.L.U.F.
- After some clunkers, this has the look of a genuinely GOOD Community Day for PvPers! New move Breaking Swipe is a straight upgrade for Haxorus in ALL Leagues!
- Hax comes with an intriguing movepool already, with two of the very best fast moves in the game AND a varied and effective array of charge moves. There are several ways you can build it, before and still after Community Day... but all of them will now center around Breaking Swipe from here on out.
- Master League Haxorus is not surprisingly your top priority (Hax crosses the important 4000 CP barrier), but don't neglect looking for good ones for lower Leagues as well. Even in Great League, Haxorus does appear to have the sauce to (mostly) overcome its scary glassiness. This is a weekend to hunt for several Haxorus' (Haxoruses? Horoxii? 🤷♂️) if you can!
HAXORUS
Dragon Type GREAT LEAGUE: Attack: 151 (
149 High Stat Product)
Defense: 96 (
98 High Stat Product)
HP: 102 (
103 High Stat Product)
(Highest Stat Product IVs: 0-14-13, 1499 CP, Level 15.5) ULTRA LEAGUE: Attack: 196 (
192 High Stat Product)
Defense: 126 (
126 High Stat Product)
HP: 129 (
133 High Stat Product)
(Highest Stat Product IVs: 1-15-15, 2495 CP, Level 25.5) MASTER LEAGUE: Attack: 251 Defense: 157 HP: 166 (Assuming 15-15-15 IVs, CP 4062 at Level 50) Real quick, because you're more here for the moves than anything. Haxorus is very frail. Like, the best examples I can give of HOW frail are as follows:
- It has basically the same Attack stat (in Master League) as Therian Landorus, Rayquaza, and Darkrai... but lower bulk than all of them. And NONE of them will ever be labeled as anything close to bulky.
- In Ultra League, the closest comp is Chandelure, with nearly identical Attack and (lack of) bulk.
- And in Great League, Haxorus' total stat product (basically Attack + bulk) is at #807... out of a list 852. It's roughly the same as falls-over-to-a-stiff-breeze Darmanitan, Breloom, and Honchkrow (all of which have a higher stat product than Haxorus!).
Now the typing does help a little bit. Sometimes. As a Dragon, Hax resists all the "elements": Grass, Fire, Water, and Electric, though it is also (rather famously) weak to Fairy, Ice, and other Dragon damage. So... more resistances than vulnerabilities, at least!
But... yeah. Pokemon like this basically require spam to have a chance at making an impact. Thankfully, Haxorus has that in spades, and its new move addition only helps with that, with one of the more interesting movepools in the game!
Fast Moves: - Counter (Fighting, 4.0 DPT, 3.5 EPT, 1.0 CoolDown)
- Dragon Tail (Dragon, 4.33 DPT, 3.0 EPT, 1.5 CD)
Counter is the best fast move in the game, bar none. That said,
Dragon Tail, especially with the STAB damage is enjoys with Haxorus, is
really good too. And its average energy generation is more than compensated for with the charge moves. (We'll get to those in a second.)
Point is, while Counter is the first move you'll likely consider, this is one of those very rare cases where it may not
actually be the best. We'll come back to that.
ᴱ - Exclusive (Community Day) Move Charge Moves: - Breaking Swipeᴱ (Dragon, 50 damage, 35 energy, Reduces Opponent Attack -1 Stage)
- Dragon Claw (Dragon, 50 damage, 35 energy)
- Night Slash (Dark, 50 damage, 35 energy, 12.5% Chance to Raise User Attack +2 Stages)
- Surf (Water, 65 damage, 40 energy)
- Earthquake (Ground, 120 damage, 65 energy)
Not one, not two, but THREE moves all costing only 35 energy (tied for cheapest in the game). And then
Surf costing only 5 energy more and dealing 15 more damage. THIS is the kind of spam AND unpredicatbility you hope for with something glassy like this! And if the opponent lets it hang around, you can try and punish them with a good closer as well in
Earthquake.
The move variety is SO good, in fact, that it can be hard to settle on what to leave out. One choice, however, becomes obvious now. The term "strictly better" is probably overused, even by me, but
Breaking Swipe really
is strictly better than
Dragon Claw, and thus Haxorus itself is strictly better coming out of Community Day than it is going in. So we can safely push Claw off the raft, as it were, just as we did with
Rayquaza when it got Breaking Swipe.
So that leaves us with four moves: 35-energy Breaking Swipe and
Night Slash, 40-energy Surf, and 65-energy Earthquake.
Now let's start putting those together with the fast moves and see what shakes out! And we're going to go backwards to do it, starting with the league where Hax is most relevant and working down from there.
MASTER LEAGUE
So for comparison,
here is Haxorus' former best in Open Master League, and
here is Master League Premier, both running Surf/Dragon Claw. Night Slash isn't too far behind Claw, but the latter is better for overpowering Mamoswine and Machamp (the latter of which resists Night Slash), so Claw gets the nod. ALSO note that I used Dragon Tail there, not Counter.
Counter certainly is viable (as good as it is, it would be hard NOT to be viable!), and gets some extra wins versus things like Snorlax and Melmetal with a clear weakness to Fighting damage, but Dragon Tail is needed if you want to beat both Giratinas, Yveltal, and to much better guarantee Garchomp. I lean Tail, but I won't say Counter is "wrong"... just different.
Anyway, with Breaking Swipe beign a clear upgrade on Dragon Claw, let's see
how much of an upgrade. Swapping Swipe in for Claw and leaving all other factors alone leads to
a clear improvement with six new wins: Mewtwo with Focus Blast or Shadow Ball (note, however, that
Ice Beam M2 wins with Hax having the winning Swipe fully charged but unable to fire), Yveltal, Groudon, Gyarados, and now Snorlax that was formerly one of Counter's few advantages. Amazing what a simple little nerf to the opponent's Attack strength can do for flimsy Pokemon like Haxorus (as it did for Rayquaza too!). In Premier,
it's more of the same, with those Gyarados and Snorlax (and Shadow Snorlax) wins cropping up.
Breaking Swipe's indirect buff to Haxorus' bulk actually allows something even more impressive, though. Whereas before,
Earthquake wasn't really an option as Hax would often perish before getting to it in a meaningful spot,
Breaking Swipe changes all that. It still unfortunately comes up a little short versus the big Steels (including Diagla), and does give up former wins versus Excadrill and Ice Punch Ursaluna, but it can gain
Zacian, folks. (At least, without Play Rough.) Just rolls over it with a big Earthquake. Nice! Similarly, it can also beat
Primarina this way now (that's likely just for ML Premier, though).
I will note, however, that
Counter doesn't see quite the same bump. It IS better than Claw still, and that shows up more in 2v2 shielding (
Claw vs
Swipe) as multiple Breaking Swipe debuffs add up, but Dragon Tail is still generally better in 1v1 (and 0v0) shielding and still gets my overall vote. Just too many things that Dragon damage is better for than Fighting damage at this level.
So in short, yes,
Breaking Swipe is a clear upgrade for Haxorus in Master League and worth pursuing on Community Day for this purpose. It's still not quite on the level of, say,
Dragonite or
Kyurem or fellow Swiper (
"Swiper, no swiping!")
Rayquaza, but I think it defintely moves up into a higher tier of Dragon right there among them.
Master League is what most folks are eyeing going into this weekend, but what about elsewhere?
ULTRA LEAGUE
Similar upgrade here, with
Breaking Swipe (this time moreso with Counter... more punchable things at this level than in Master League!) [clearly distancing itself from
Dragon Claw... new wins include Swampert, Venusaur, Charizard, Mandibuzz, Guzzlord, Drapion, Golisopod, and of course, Snorlax. (Yeah, CounteClaw/Surf couldn't quite do that before!) Interestingly,
it slides backwards in Premier, but in Open? Perhaps it's worth some spice consideration now.
Any better in Master League? Spoiler alert: nah.
GREAT LEAGUE
Lots of punchable things down in Great League as well, where
Counter Hax is probably already a bit better than you think, at least on paper. Wins against things like Lanturn, Swampert, Galarian Stunfisk, Registeel, Bastiodon, Victreebel, Talonflame, Mandibuzz, Dunsparce, Diggersby, Alolan Sandslash and Walrein catch the eye, but then
Breaking Swipe just goes and makes it better with Drapion, Toxicroak, and even Lickitung! And look how far it can now go
in 2v2 shielding! Something so fragile shouldn't enjoy that level of success in longer battles like that in Great League, but here we are!
IM SUMMATION....
I'm surprised to say it, but I think that Breaking Swipe Haxorus may be worth grinding for in all three Leagues! If I had to rank them, it would be Master first, then Great, and then Ultra, but if you find a candidate with good Ultra League or Great League IVs, evolve it while you can get Breaking Swipe, even if you end up short on candy needed to build them all now. We'll get more Axew candy later this year, right?
Gonna wrap it up right here, as Community Day is FAST approaching, and I have Summer Cup (Ultra) analysis to try to get back to anyway!
Until next time, you can always find me on
Twitter with near-daily PvP analysis nuggets or
Patreon, if you're feeling extra generous.
Good hunting, folks! Do stay safe out there, and catch you next time, Pokéfriends!

2023.06.09 22:00 JRE47 Under The Lights: Community Day Haxorus

2023.06.09 21:50 autobuzzfeedbot 19 Actors Who Accused Their Costars Of Behaving Like Monsters On-Set
- Alexa Nikolas opened up in 2019 about Jamie Lynn Spears and other Zoey 101 cast members allegedly bullying her on the set of the teen show. Nikolas was notably written out of the show after Season 2.
- Another celeb accused of bullying on set is Lea Michele. After guest star Samantha Marie Ware accused Michele of racist bullying involving “traumatic microaggressions," Amber Riley seemed to support the claims after posting a GIF of her sipping tea, and Alex Newell also took to social media to support Ware's claims. Heather Morris later revealed there was a "hush hush" atmosphere about Lea's "scary" on-set behavior.
- John Leguizamo says costar Steven Seagal bullied him and others during Executive Decision, and claims he even physically assaulted Leguizamo during the first day of rehearsals.
- David Yost, who memorably played the blue power ranger in the '90s Mighty Morphin Power Rangers series, says he was bullied so badly that he had to leave the show, shortly thereafter experiencing a nervous breakdown. Yost claimed the bullying — including being called anti-gay slurs like the f-slur — was incessant, and came from creators, producers, writers, and directors. "Basically, I just felt like I was continually being told I was not worthy of being where I am because I'm a gay person. And I'm not supposed to be an actor. And I'm not a superhero," he later said, revealing the bullying caused him to become suicidal.
- Decades after the '80s sitcom Charles in Charge, star Scott Baio was accused of sexual harassment by two of his then-teenaged costars: Alexander Polinsky and Nicole Eggert.
- Eggert accused Baio of molestation during her time on the show, which began when she was 14. The abuse allegedly continued until Eggert was 17, with Baio telling Eggert if she told anyone, the show would end and they would all be out of jobs. Baio has denied any inappropriate touching and says they had a onetime consensual encounter when Eggert was 18.
- Jerry Lewis was accused of sexual harassment after his death. Karen Sharpe, who appeared with Lewis in The Disorderly Orderly, said she was forced to model her wardrobe for Lewis. “He grabbed me. He began to fondle me. He unzipped his pants," Sharpe claimed. She says he then isolated her, asking that no one else speak to her on set.
- Hope Holiday also accused Lewis of assault, saying that he brought her into his office and locked the door during her first day on set of The Ladies Man. “He starts to talk dirty to me, and as he’s talking, the pants open, and the ugly thing came out and he starts to masturbate," Holiday revealed.
- In 2017, Trace Lysette accused Jeffrey Tambor of sexual harassment on the set of Transparent, describing one incident where he said, "I want to attack you sexually" before filming a scene, then "waddled over to me in his pajamas and put his feet on top of mine, and started these little, like, thrusts on my hip. They were discreet and insidious and creepy. I felt his genitals on me. And I pushed him off.”
- Rebel Wilson recently opened up about "awful and disgusting" sexual harassment from a male costar, though she did not name who. "He called me into a room and pulled down his pants," she revealed, saying the costar then asked her to perform a sexual act. Afraid of retaliation and wanting to be a "professional," Wilson stayed on the project, though she said, "Definitely amongst industry circles, I made sure people knew what happened."
- Lili Reinhart also says she was sexually harassed by an unnamed costar early in her career. "I was a teenager working on a project when I started to have a crush on a guy I was working with," she explained in a Tumblr post. "He was pretty significantly older than me, but I thought of myself as mature so it didn’t seem like a big deal." Reinhart says that he later tried to force himself on her. "I had to stop him and say, 'No, I don’t want that,' and 'I can’t do that.' I physically walked away from the situation before it could get any worse. I remember feeling like this was a scene right out of a horror movie."
- Bill Cosby has been accused of sexual assault and harassment by a number of women — including The Cosby Show costars Lili Bernard and Eden Tirl. Bernard alleged that Cosby had drugged and raped her on multiple occasions in the '90s, while Tirl alleged that in 1989, Cosby touched her without consent in his dressing room. Cosby was convicted in 2018 on multiple counts of sexual assault (after being accused by over 50 women), though this was overturned in 2021.
- Daniel Franzese (best known for playing Damian in Mean Girls) accused Bully costar Bijou Phillips of being an actual bully on the set of the film. “She body-shamed me and ridiculed me about my sexuality and physically assaulted me," he said, revealing he was scared to speak up and lose his job.
- Geena Davis accused Bill Murray of making her lie in a bed while he used a massage device on her while they were costarring in Quick Change together, despite her saying no multiple times. She also said he verbally berated many in the cast and crew, including Davis herself. She's also discussed inappropriate behavior during the press tour for the film.
- In fact, Murray has been accused of bad behavior by a number of costars, including Seth Green, who appeared with Murray on Saturday Night Live when Green was just 9. He was sitting on the arm of Murray's chair backstage when he says Murray picked him up, dangled him over the trash can, and said "the trash goes in the trash can." Green flailed until he hit Murray in the balls, causing Murray to drop him and Green to fall into the trash can, which fell over. Green then ran into his dressing room, hid under the table, and cried.
- Murray has also been accused of “inexcusable and unacceptable” comments toward Lucy Liu during rehearsals for their film Charlie's Angels.
- Eliza Dushku was fired from the series Bull after complaining about sexual harassment from her costar Michael Weatherly. Dushku detailed how she “found myself the brunt of crude, sexualized, and lewd verbal assaults" and "suffered near constant sexual harassment" from Weatherly. "This was beyond anything I had experienced in my 30-year career," she said.
- While star Judy Garland herself never publicly stated these allegations, her ex-husband Sid Luft wrote in his memoir that the actors playing the munchkins on the set of The Wizard of Oz would put their hands up her skirt. Garland was 16, and many of the men were in their 40s.
- And finally, according to the documentary Celluloid Crime of the Century and the book Wes Craven's The Last House on the Left, Sandra Peabody (who went by the name Sandra Cassel at the time) was horribly mistreated by her male costars on the set of The Last House on the Left. Marc Sheffler admitted to threatening to throw her off a cliff to try to rile her up for a scene (though in 2018 he stated she was not in real danger), and David Hess allegedly threatened to actually assault her in a rape scene they were about to film.

2023.06.09 21:44 Cosmosly I found the PERFECT stock, and I’m betting everything on it.
| Disclaimer: this is my own stupid thinking, not investment advice. Ask your wife’s boyfriend if this is right for you. Summary Feel like you missed out on winners, or were too scared to put in your Doordash check? $SOFI is literally the next big thing. Bears/bulls, value/growth, regards/chads- it fits every DD. I’m so sure I maxed out my entire life savings. Considering a line of credit on my mom’s house and a margin loan next. PROOF w/ my brokerage, 401k, Roth, and Robinhood options Brokerage and 401k (in the process of converting the stock losers) Roth Robinhood options This is NOT some SPAC bagholder trying to boost the stock price, nor is it a 0DTE cokehead move. This is a rational thesis for (I believe) a smart equity play. Did I see it go up a few cents, cream my pants, and think I’m the next Buffett writing this post? Maybe. In my opinion this is a 100% small penis 4-bagger and I’m sharing it like Moses with acid tabs. Here’s the 4-point DD for you with ADHD: - It’s Robinhood, but actually good for you
- The company is in great shape
- Permabears and bulls have reasons to love it
- The brand is (let me explain) the next JPMorgan Chase
Thesis Product - SoFi is actually a great product. Is it the BEST? Fuck no. But it’s like the goldilocks/Anna Kendrick of all apps. The Friday night reliable.
- The company is going for this generation’s next big bank. It is a high-interest, chartered (4.3% APY) and offers everything you need under the sun.
- The whole company’s theme is: “Get your money right.” They want to be the one-stop shop for all your MONEY needs and they do it with a bank teller smile.
- SoFi will be your ride or DIE. Student loan refi, your job’s direct deposit, a loan for that cock ring, a credit card for that solo trip to Thailand, a HELOC for that YOLO stock play. It goes on and on.
- They have consumers in mind, and not in a fake old lady See’s Candy kind of way. For example: if you lose your job and can’t pay your student debt, they will pause your payments and help you find a job. No joke. Look beyond the news and you’ll see people are over the moon about their relationship with SoFi.
- They have a few bad spots (dogshit trading platform and ETFs that never move), but they are trying so fucking hard. I could go on and on, but it’s 5:49am (couldn’t sleep, came up with this post in a fever dream) and I have a ton more to write.
- They also have Galileo and Technisys, which are like new PVC pipes for the financial system. I’m literally too smoothbrained to explain this, all you need to know is there is a lot of real interest from banks and companies to use these products. /sofistock has nerds who can explain this to you.
Financials - Okay here comes the boring stuff, so skip this if you don’t care about amateur due diligence.
- Remember when banks used to pay good interest, then you realized they were pocketing it all? People are realizing and going to SoFi. When the bank crisis happened and everyone was moving their money out, SoFi actually GAINED deposits. The company has said they are on-track to add $2B each quarter, and management are known to low-ball their estimates. NINETY PERCENT of their customers use direct deposit for their premium membership SoFi Plus, which will only accelerate the trend. You know how hard it is to change banks with direct deposit. Sticky as shit.
https://preview.redd.it/jht14744q15b1.jpg?width=782&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=f143ae9fa6210dc26662fedaf0acca27d72010e8 - SoFi has EIGHT fucking quarters of consecutive revenue growth, is EBITDA profitable (whatever that’s worth to you), and is projected to be GAAP profitable by Q4. I think there’s an outside chance this happens in Q3. Dig into it more if you want to Burry it https://s27.q4cdn.com/749715820/files/doc_financials/2023/q1/Q1-23-Investor-Presentation_.pdf
- SoFi is growing WHILE student loans have been paused. Name a better miracle. They replaced it by diversifying their business in financial services (e.g. the shit I mentioned earlier) and other loans.
- While most banks have been selling their loan books at a loss to manage higher interest rates, SoFi have been keeping theirs to maturity and getting a higher return. There is a lot of debate into this, especially around how they calculate mark to market, so again do your own DD about this.
- By the way: “there are many reasons insiders sell a stock, but only one reason to buy.” The CEO Anthony Noto is eating pork and beans like me buying the stock like CRAZY. I mean just look at this degeneracy. He knows he has a chance to become the next billionaire bank CEO Jamie Dimon and has purchased back $13.6m dollars worth of shares (1/5 of his total comp so far lmfao).
https://preview.redd.it/33ihxpf5q15b1.jpg?width=657&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=e3bc4125ceab1a49c14debaa7ff7c00f1dfe0b8e Macro - Big picture time. Full disclosure, I’m a permabear. I literally have the worst outlook on things and I metaphorically killed my therapist with my doom and gloom. This country is so levered up to the tits it’s just one gentle breeze away from collapsing.
- But you know who always gets paid? By hook and crook, the banks will get what they’re owed. If not we are all fucked and/or there will be a bailout. If everything is going to shit, banks are the least dogshit shit. Would you rather buy a stock with a tremendous amount of debt super dependent on consumer spending, or something that will make money in a depression?
- I said this was a stock for everyone. For the permabulls, everything is fine and SoFi is growing its metrics like a rocket ship. What is there to lose? The management team has signaled good outlooks and the stock price has gone up consecutively since June 1st.
- For value investors, this stock is still near book value. Most bank stocks are, but considering its fair value by Morningstar ($16) or PT by well-known analysts ($8-12) there are still some mArGiN oF sAfEtY
- Growthies, this is a tech stock BABY. They are the AWS of finance! They use tech to analyze loan risk. They have AIAIAIAI in a chat bot! Upside everywhere
- Oh and by the way, $SOFI is not correlated with its peers. Look at $LC $UPST and other fintech companies in the sector. In my mind it’s becoming the Nubank of America.
- The Fed is expected to “skip” rate hikes next week. Long term that means APY is probably plateauing and on a downward trajectory. But if you know SoFi has done nothing but good and given you the best interest rate, why move?
Brand - Okay let’s start with them suing the government for pausing student loans. The CEO has addressed this multiple times: they support student loan FORGIVENESS, but when it comes to PAUSING payments for borrowers who don’t qualify, they thought the 3rd year was excessive. Yes they shit the bed bad for that, but they’ll recover.
- Aside from the revenue, a big reason they did this is because the CEO has integrity. Like too much integrity to let this go for shareholders. Anthony Noto grew up working class, graduated from West Point, and rose through the ranks in the finance world. Imagine if Charlie from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory was real and became a banking god.
- His track record is insane. CFO for the NFL during record growth. COO for Twitter where he was putting out garbage fires. He knows how to run shit, and now he’s back in finance after SoFi booted the last CEO for being pervy.
- One downside, he is boring as shit. He won’t talk about who’s a pedo, how Soros is evil or some other drama. He only talks about banking and banking accessories I tell you what. Bank Hill
- Look at his Twitter Likes. https://twitter.com/anthonynoto/likes He knows something is brewing, and he gets a big payday if the stock hits $45.
- Back to the company. At a recent fintech conference hosted by Piper Sandler, Noto announced that SoFi has a Net Promoter Score (how much people like the brand) of 80. For context, American Express has 52. The math says SoFi is literally 54% better.
- Maybe part of the reason is because they have the naming rights to a football stadium in Los Angeles. One where little kids go to see Taylor Swift and grown ass men watch other grown ass men smack into one another. Where it’s mentioned all the time for being state of the art and environmentally friendly in the largest entertainment market. WHERE THEY WILL HOST MULTIPLE WORLD CUP GAMES AND OLYMPIC SPORTS.
- I mentioned the SPAC bagholders. They still exist and have been pounding nonstop about the stock all the way down. There are some stonk flashbacks here that are about to explode.
BUT BUT BUT… - iTs pRiCeD iN – Wall Street is only getting a taste of this dildo. Once the annual shareholder meeting comes along next week and estimates come in better than expected on earnings, this next door 2 turns into a 10.
- Student loans defaults are coming, you stupid fuck – You think the bank will let you go to Disneyland once they start asking for their money? They will garnish wages and withhold taxes on you plebs. Grow up or move to Vietnam. Or, just maybe, the stock goes up and you use the profits to pay off the ball and chain?
- This is literally your first time posting to WSB – Yes, I’m a fucking worm lurking in the shadows. This will be the one and only thesis I put out.
- Wedbush has a PT of $2.50, this thing is going down – Go ahead and listen to David Chiaverini, who has a success rating of 35% and has no skin in the game https://www.tipranks.com/experts/analysts/david-chiaverini Or me, who’s about to mortgage everything because he see’s asymmetric risk.
- Why post now? – I genuinely think this will get re-rated with a soft tech valuation of $32, and we’re at the cusp of it happening.
- What will change the price – Market realization, better than expected results coming soon, major deals announced, new product releases planned this year. Literally yesterday they announced “SoFi at Work”, a program to allow employers to help contribute to student loan payments.
In Conclusion Take this however you want, go fuck yourself etc. If you miss the boat, DM me to sign up for a new SoFi account and get up to $275 back when you set up direct deposit. submitted by Cosmosly to wallstreetbets [link] [comments] |

2023.06.09 21:03 joytoy322 Looking desperately for fix to the Fatal D3D (25) crash
If anyone has solved their issue please let me know. Also I never used any programs like koalageddon or w/e it's called.
I have tried
-Updating from Win 10 to Win 11
-Reinstalling Drivers
-Forcing DX11
-Running everything as Admin
-Reinstalling and verifying the game
Idk what else to do but it sucks not being able to play for more than 30 minutes without crashing.
Specs
1) CPU - i7-8700k
2) Custom PC
3) GPU - GTX 1080
4) Driver version - 535.98
5) RAM - 32gb DDR4 3000mhz
6) OS - Win 11 Pro x64 (The crash also happened on Win 10 pro x64
7) WIndows Defender (Exceptions for SF6 have already been made)
8) 144hz panel by BenQ and a 60hz secondary panel by Asus. (I never crashed during the open beta or Demo so this is likely not the cause of the problem)
9) I use Dual Link DVI, not HDMI
10) United States
And here is the crash report.
