What is ashwagandha?

Additionally, ashwagandha may also help improve sleep quality and reduce inflammation. These effects can all contribute to enhanced energy levels.
Regulates Blood Sugar Levels
Ashwagandha has been shown to help regulate blood sugar levels. One study showed that it improved insulin sensitivity in people with type II diabetes. Additionally, ashwagandha may help reduce fasting blood sugar levels and improve symptoms of diabetes.
Additionally, ashwagandha may also help lower cholesterol levels and protect against heart disease. These effects can also contribute to improved blood sugar control.
Lowers Blood Pressure

Ashwagandha is generally considered safe for most people. However, it can cause side effects such as stomach upset, diarrhea, and vomiting in some people. If you're pregnant or breastfeeding, it's best to avoid ashwagandha.
What happens when you take ashwagandha daily?
As a sleep aid, ashwagandha may help people get to sleep faster and stay asleep for longer. It is also used to promote male potency. Ashwagandha has a variety of health benefits, including reduced blood sugar levels, inflammation, mood, memory, stress and anxiety relief, as well as an increase in muscle strength and fertility. Depending on your requirements, dosages vary from 250 to 500 mg per day for at least one month.

I was just really happy reading about the infantry overhaul. But i beg to not forget to implement two, in my opinion very important features:
a) Its kind of 2 features in one. Let Rifles rest on any fitting obstacle, even without bipod. Also from the side, like lean it against a tree or wall. Think about a feature like Vietcong had it decades ago. If you were behind any obstacle, like rock, sandbag, window frame, treem if you simply held right mouse button you 1. just went high enough to be able to shoot over the cover; 2. your gun became a little bit stabelized by simulating it to be rested on said obstacle.
So perfect would be: 1 Button to press/hold to lean over just high enough to shoot above an obstacle and at the same time give the rifle a little stabilisation by assuming its rested on said obstacle.
b) Please let us use the CQB Backup sights or if non are on the scope, at least just look over the long range sights, if mounted on the rifle. Arma, DayZ, Tarkov and many more games doing it pretty okay.

My poor 6 month old is getting her first tooth right now and man, teething is god awful. This sweet girl also got pinkeye from daycare this week, so she’s really going through it. She is full on stuffed up, nose dripping every minute, hates the snot sucker and tissues, etc. To say the last couple of days have been miserable would be an understatement.
Well, it’s almost 4am and I’m sitting up with her in my arms in bed because I fucked up and woke her. She is BF and usually wakes (at min) 1-2 times a night to nurse. 3:00 rolled around and she hasn’t woken since 8, she felt hot, and I couldn’t get her to do a dream feed, so I panicked and woke her up. Not because I wanted her to eat, but because I’ve never had her in such a deep state of sleep that she wouldn’t rouse when picked up, so I thought something was wrong.
It’s me. I was wrong. She was getting much needed sleep and my ass woke her up and reminded her how much her mouth hurt and how hard it is to breathe through her nose right now.
I deserve not going back to sleep this morning. Teething sucks and I can’t wait for her to get through this horrible pain.

I have a nostril hoop, pierced 7-8 months ago, switched to a hoop I'd say around a month ago. I never had any issues with it apart from my labret having fallen out a couple times.
Yesterday I started feeling some discomfort and slight pain in my nostril that I couldn't quite identify. I later realised I had a small bump on the inside of the nostril.
Fast forward to today morning, the bump has grown and is considerably larger. The hoop rotates normally and without pain. It seems to have grown since I've been at work. I tried to look at it in the mirror with my phone flashlight and it seemed to be white. Is this an irritation bump? What should I do? The fact that I swelled up has me a bit concerned.

A recent Reddit policy change threatens to kill many beloved third-party mobile apps, making a great many quality-of-life features not seen in the official mobile app permanently inaccessible to users.
On May 31, 2023, Reddit announced they were raising the price to make calls to their API from being free to a level that will kill every third party app on Reddit, from Apollo to Reddit is Fun to Narwhal to BaconReader.
Even if you're not a mobile user and don't use any of those apps, this is likely a step toward killing other ways of customizing Reddit, such as Reddit Enhancement Suite or the use of the old.reddit.com desktop interface, even if they're not affected now.
This isn't only a problem on the user level: many subreddit moderators depend on tools only available outside the official app to keep their communities on-topic and spam-free. What's the plan?
On June 12th, over 3000 subreddits will be going dark to protest this policy, /nostalgianerd among them. Some will return on the 14th, while others will go away indefinitely unless the issue is adequately addressed. We have yet to make that decision.
The blackout isn't the goal, and it isn't the end. Should things reach the 14th with no sign of Reddit choosing to fix what they've broken, we'll use the community and buzz we've built between then and now as a tool for further action. What can you do as a user?
Complain. Message the mods of /reddit.com, who are the admins of the site; message reddit; submit a support request; comment in relevant threads on /reddit, such as this one; leave a negative review on their official iOS or Android app; and sign your username in support to this post.
Spread the word. Grab a pitchfork and rabble-rouse on subreddits related to the cause. Meme it up, make it spicy. Check if other subreddits you frequent are participating and if you know anyone who moderates a subreddit tell them to join the coordinated mod effort at /ModCoord.
Boycott and spread the word...to Reddit's competition! Stay off Reddit entirely starting on June 12th— instead, take to your favorite non-Reddit platform of choice and make some noise in support!
Don't be a jerk. As upsetting this may be, threats, profanity and vandalism will be worse than useless in getting people on our side. Please make every effort to be as restrained, polite, reasonable and law-abiding as possible.
