This mod aims to change how Fortify Skill potions function; changing them from almost exclusively magnitude increases to skill effect, to instead flat increases to skill level, in the vein of CACO (Complete Alchemy and Cooking Overhaul). In most cases this tones down the extreme power that Alchemy can add to a character, but at the same time can also give massive amounts of power to users of mods that scale perks and skills off of skill level. One such set of examples are a few Ordinator perks like Bear Traps that scale off of Lockpicking level, Dwarven Autocannons which scale off of Smithing Level, and the Sneak Perk 'Demolition Job' which scales off of Sneak level.
Do note however, that for many of the individual skills' base power from skill level to function when pushed past 100, you will need to use a mod such as Skyrim Skill Uncapper for SE and AE, which is an updated version of the original Skyrim Skill Uncapper. In the mod's .ini file you will want to keep the normal leveling caps at 100, but set the formula caps to 999 to allow your skills to still scale in power from the base skill per level effects when pushed past 100.
This mod offers several options in a FOMOD installer, for those who wish to exclude a skill school from the changes:

2. Fixes wording on 'Fortify Persuasion' potions to be consistent with other skill-level boosting potions.

Notes:
I essentially made this because I absolutely loved the CACO feature of skill potions fortifying skill levels, and how it toned down the overall insane power that potions could have, and also enjoyed the interaction with mods that scale perks and skills with skill level. For how good of a mod CACO is however, it's one of those mods where I generally don't want to run with on every playthrough that uses Alchemy, so I made this lightweight mod from scratch to re-create one of my favorite features from it. I've been editing and fixing broken mods for my own uses for years, but this is my very first actual released mod. It's very simple yes, but I'm proud of it.

Hey everyone, long-time lurker here (22M). This is my first-ever post, and I really need your help in choosing my next moisturizer.
Long story short, I used to have very oily and acne-prone skin. I've been on Accutane for four months now (with three more to go), and it has completely cleared my face (and changed my life tbh)! All I have left are a few minor scars and some redness. During my four months on Accutane, my skincare routine consisted of daily moisturizing and using a repair cream.
Now, let's get back to the topic of this post. I'm running out of my LRP Tolériane moisturizer and want to establish a real yet simple daily skincare routine. I've already figured out which cleanser and sunscreen I'll buy, but I'm unsure about which moisturizer to choose. After conducting extensive research, I've narrowed down my options to a few standout moisturizers:

Now, I could really use some help in choosing between these products (or even another one if you think it would be better for my case). First, I have to say that even if I'm on Accutane, my skin isn't very dry, it's really normal/sensitive (because of the treatment) right now I would say.
I'm looking for something very gentle and simple, preferably a gel/lightweight cream since I prefer that texture over a more thick cream. I want to keep the ingredients simple, but if there's an active ingredient you think would benefit my skin, I'd love to hear about it!
One final thing: I know it's a lot to ask, but I'll be extremely busy towards the end of the year (basically when my Accutane treatment will be over), so I'd really like to buy a moisturizer that I can continue using even after the end of my treatment when my skin "get his oil back".

Today, we're diving into a chilling chapter of American history that shook a small town to its core. Grab a seat and buckle up because we're about to explore the haunting events surrounding the 1998 Westside Middle School shooting and how one of the perpetrators remains the only living American mass school shooter who is not incarcerated.
Before I get into this, I have a small favour to ask. This write up took a lot of time to research and is actually a script for my latest video. March 24, 1998, Jonesboro, Arkansas. A sleepy town nestled in the heart of the Bible Belt, known for its close-knit community and traditional values. But on that fateful day, darkness pierced the tranquillity, leaving an indelible mark on the town's history. Two young individuals, 13-year-old Mitchell Johnson and 11-year-old Andrew Golden, armed themselves and set in motion a plan that would unleash unimaginable horror. Their actions would forever alter the lives of those in their path. As the sun set on that grim night, a plan fuelled by darkness and malice was set into motion. Andrew Golden and Mitchell Johnson, armed with a disturbing arsenal of stolen weapons, loaded their mother's Dodge Caravan with camping supplies, snacks, and a chilling stash of firepower.
On the morning of March 24, 1998, the stage was set for the unimaginable. Deliberately missing their bus, the boys arrived late at Westside Middle School, concealed within the van. Moments later, chaos was unleashed. Pulling the fire alarm during fifth period, Andrew Golden ignited panic throughout the school. While his accomplice, Mitchell Johnson, seized the opportunity and disappeared into the nearby woods with the stolen weapons. As students and teachers streamed out of the school, confusion reigned. The initial moments were fraught with disbelief and uncertainty. The sound of gunfire pierced the air, shattering the innocence of that ordinary day. The horror unfolded as the boys opened fire on their unsuspecting classmates and educators. Reports emerged of desperate cries for help, mingling with the echoes of gunshots.
Amidst the chaos, acts of courage and selflessness emerged. Teacher Shannon Wright fearlessly shielded a wounded student with her own body, embodying the spirit of protection and sacrifice. Other students bravely guided their injured peers back inside the school's gymnasium, even as bullets ricocheted off the walls and bricks around them. Tragically, the lives of four students and one heroic teacher were senselessly cut short. Shannon Wright, Stephanie Johnson (no relation to Mitchell Johnson), Natalie Brooks, Paige Ann Herring, and Brittney Varner—each name a stark reminder of the human toll exacted by this heinous act. In the wake of the carnage, as the wounded fought for survival, the authorities moved swiftly.
Within a mere ten minutes, the police apprehended Golden and Johnson, preventing their escape and securing the van loaded with chilling evidence. The scale of the devastation became apparent—nine students and one teacher wounded, their lives forever marked by physical and emotional scars. Among them was Tristan McGowan, Andrew Golden's own cousin, a stark reminder of the tangled webs woven by tragedy. As the dust settled on the harrowing events of the Westside Middle School shooting, the legal system sought justice for the lives lost and shattered. Mitchell Johnson and Andrew Golden, among the youngest individuals ever charged with murder in the United States, faced a trial that would determine their fate.
During the trial, Johnson, with a heavy heart, expressed remorse and read a letter of apology to the families of the victims. He claimed that he had not intended to target anyone specifically, offering a glimpse into the complexities of his troubled mind. While awaiting trial, Johnson also penned a letter that revealed his deep sadness and offered prayers for the victims and their families. It conveyed a desire for people to someday know the "real" Mitchell, hinting at the layers of a troubled young soul hidden beneath the surface. Due to their age, Johnson and Golden were tried as juveniles. Found guilty of five counts of murder, they were sentenced to confinement until they reached the age of 21, the maximum sentence allowed by Arkansas law at the time. Johnson and Golden were transferred to the Arkansas Juvenile Assessment & Treatment Center (AJATC), the state's most secure juvenile facility. There, they would serve their sentences, awaiting the day when they would be released back into society. August 11, 2005, marked Mitchell Johnson's 21st birthday—the day he was released from the Federal Correctional Institution in Memphis, after spending seven years behind bars. Andrew Golden, too, celebrated his 21st birthday on May 25, 2007, regaining his freedom after serving nine years in prison. Their release stirred debate, reigniting discussions about the appropriate sentencing and rehabilitation of juvenile offenders. The haunting question of whether their confinement truly served justice continues to linger.
Andrew Golden, the perpetrator of a tragic school shooting, lived a secretive life after his release from prison. He applied for a concealed weapon permit under a false name but was denied due to his criminal history. He resided in Missouri and attended college, but his exact whereabouts remain unknown. On July 27, 2019, Andrew Douglas Golden met an untimely demise. As he traveled along U.S. Route 167 in Independence County, Arkansas, a devastating collision occurred. A 2013 Chevrolet Tahoe veered out of its lane, crashing head-on into Golden's 2017 Honda CRV. The collision claimed the lives of both Golden and the driver of the Chevrolet, Daniel Petty of Essex, Missouri. Meanwhile, Golden's wife, another adult, and his son sustained injuries and were transported to hospitals in Little Rock and Batesville. At the time of his tragic death, Golden was residing in Jackson, Missouri, leaving behind a legacy entwined with pain and the profound consequences of his past actions.
Mitchell Johnson, once entangled in the devastating Westside Middle School shooting, found himself mired in legal troubles in the years that followed. A series of incidents painted a troubling picture of a life marred by criminal behavior and addiction. It all began on January 1, 2007, when Johnson was arrested during a routine traffic stop in Fayetteville, Arkansas. The authorities discovered a loaded pistol and 21.2 grams of marijuana in his possession. Johnson, accompanied by the driver Justin Trammell, who himself had a dark past, was taken into custody. Johnson's subsequent legal journey unfolded with twists and turns. He was indicted by a federal grand jury in October 2007 for possessing a firearm while using or addicted to a controlled substance. Despite maintaining his innocence, Johnson was found guilty after a trial in January 2008. However, legal troubles continued to plague him. In a disheartening turn of events, just days after his conviction, Johnson was arrested again, this time for possession of marijuana and suspicion of using a stolen credit card. The pattern of illegal behavior persisted, casting a shadow over any hope of redemption. In September 2008, Johnson faced sentencing for the weapon and drug charges. US District Judge Jimm Larry Hendren expressed disappointment, remarking that Johnson had squandered the opportunity to reform. Johnson received a four-year prison sentence.
However, Johnson's legal woes were far from over. On October 7, 2008, he pleaded guilty to a felony theft charge and misdemeanor possession of marijuana, admitting to stealing a debit card and using it to purchase a meal at a local Burger King. As a result, he received an additional sentence of 12 years. The legal system continued to render judgment upon Johnson. In January 2009, he was sentenced to six more years in prison for charges of theft by receiving and financial identity fraud, stemming from his use of the stolen card. Circuit Judge William Storey expressed hope that this would mark the end of Johnson's criminal path. The combined state sentences amounted to a total of 18 years for Johnson. However, his journey through the justice system was not yet complete. In February 2010, the Arkansas Supreme Court granted Johnson leave to appeal his sentence, asserting that evidence of his juvenile convictions should not have been admitted during the trial.
Ultimately, Johnson served his federal sentence of four years after completing his 18-year state sentence. In July 2015, he was released into the custody of the United States Probation Office for the Southern District of Texas, where he entered a drug rehabilitation program, according to reports. Mitchell Johnson's troubled journey after the Westside Middle School shooting has left an indelible mark on his life and the lives of others. Today, he stands as the only living American mass school shooter who is not incarcerated, a fact that raises profound questions about justice and the complexities of our legal system. Why do they insist on using those single level old trains during rush hour from New York Penn Station to Trenton. I was on the 4:43pm two days ago. I came in from JFK taking the Air Train via Jamaica and the LIRR to Penn Station. I had a big rolling suitcase and two carry-ons. On the double decker trains there is a place to sit in the vestibule of each car for passengers with luggage. There is no way place to put luggage on the single level cars especially when passengers grab the seats near the door so they can plug in their phone. The train gets ridiculously packed so much so that passengers are forced to stand between trains. Many of those passengers get off in Secaucus. Naturally on this train air conditioning was broken in one or more of the cars. These old trains should be put out of service. Where is the money from Build Back Better plan the Northeast Corridor was promised.
I was in London and Paris for several weeks. It is simply a farce to what we have compared to their mass transit system. New modern fast rail cars for inner city travel. Spaces for luggage just like Amtrak and at much lower prices. In the UK and France everyone uses mass transit. I estimate that they are about 50 years ahead of us. I won't live long enough to see what will happen in the US. It's a massive undertaking to lay new track, build new tunnels and modernize the system. We should have been the leader but NJ Transit and Amtrak are still stuck in the 70's. I don't know how mass transit in the UK and France are funded. I know that Transportation For London is funded by the passengers. They pay higher fares to use the Tube. Around $3.90 cents a ride. It's a terrific system with trains running minutes apart. You can get huge discounts buying weekly passes. There is also a daily cap so once you use the Tube 4 times you can ride the rest of the day for free.

There's a lot of stuff I need(ed) to review since I pretty much hadn't seen IVs in person since last summer, the wounds I dealt with in long term care were few and far between (and minor, especially compared to what I see on the trauma/surg unit), among so many other things. There are also some skills I didn't have the opportunity to do as a student, like NG insertion or suctioning. My preceptor and the staff on my unit seem pretty open to answering questions and checking in on me, so I feel comfortable asking for help.
Basically, I would like some advice on what I can do outside of work to get up to speed and prepare myself for my shifts, especially as I take on more patients. Any recommended readings? Any advice for managing my time? Also, any advice for dealing with rotating days/nights (a standard schedule at my hospital), because my first night shift was pretty awful? After today's update, the boosted attack icon for Blissey has been changed to a gauge that fills up after 6 seconds.
This can be seen as a good QoL change since it is easier to keep track of when the boosted attack will be up. However, this means the passive of receiving boosted auto and removing debuff now work independently from each other. The debuff removal still runs on its own 6 seconds cycle (the "bell" sound).
Now, if Helping Hand is used, it should be able to give Blissey boosted autos for the whole duration of the buff. However, using a boosted auto completely depletes the gauge regardless of how full it is! Any other auto used after will just be basic attacks.
This kills a lot of Blissey offensiveness as you can no longer run up to someone and smack them with 4 boosted autos in succession. The maximum hits you can do in succession now do is 2: one from the filled-up gauge and then one from HH.
I feel that the nerf resulting from the changes are unintentional and they didn't properly implement the gauge with Helping Hand in mind. As for now, I am going to steer clear of playing Helping Hand Blissey and hope that it gets a hotfix.

Hey reddit! For context: I've been a professional photographer for a few years now. Also did a few weddings, inside and outside, never had an unsatisfied customer (so I'd say I'm a pretty decent event/portrait photographer). Now for the current situation: I am booked for a gay wedding at the end of the month, both brides will wear white (that's new to me, but so exciting!). The location is a great old castle park that I unfortunately can not see beforehand. Also, I don't have an assistant with me that day who could hold a bouncer or reflector for me.
I have two options to take advantage of the nasty 12 noon sun that probably awaits us: First, of course, I'll have my speedlite with me to brighten up the foreground, and second, I'm sure there are great shadier places where we can take pictures.
My question to the wedding pros (who may have photographed hundreds of weddings): How do you guys handle unfamiliar locations and very harsh sunlight on your own? Are there maybe any tricks I haven't even thought of? A battery-powered flash I do not want to buy only for this event and a way to put electricity there is unfortunately not. My main concern is overexposing some parts of the pictures because there will me so much white! The overexposure warning is on, of course, and I only ever shoot in RAW format.

Before I kick this off, here's a disclaimer;
Just because you may not like to run a certain perk, doesn't mean that others don't, and I don't really think there's any bad perks overall, it's just dependent on your personal play style, time spent playing the game, and which character you like to play. With that being said, don't be a dick to people if they choose to comment, and let's get into the discussion. :)
To start this off, I can't really say that I run full character specific builds, like Stealth A.J or Battle LaChappa. I generally run more miscellaneous type perks, that effect vehicle speed and police arrival time.
That being said, I really like to run the perk 'Motorboating'.
Motorboating increases the boats top speed if you are at the helm by 6% - 35%, at the cost of decreasing the cars max speed by 0% - 5%. If you have this perk on Legendary rarity, the secondary effect is that you get a bonus to your swim speed by 2-5%.
The boat essentially becomes a speedboat, and escapes become significantly more viable with this perk, depending on what part Jason you are against.

Sorry for the long post.
I'm autistic and I've always been extremely sensitive to how things feel. As a kid, when I had to get new school shoes every year (I'm from the UK, where we wear a uniform), I'd be there for hours and hours trying on every pair they had, because I couldn't wear them if they didn't fit in a precise way. When my chest developed, I couldn't cope with wearing a bra. I used to buy cheap sports bras and cut them up to make them extremely tight, basically a primitive form of binding before I even knew what binding was. I didn't even own a proper bra until I was almost 16, even though I'm a 30F. I was adamant from the age of 13-14 that as soon as I was old enough I'd get a breast reduction of as much as possible, and (to quote myself at the time) "more than they'd normally do. I basically want to be flat-chested". This was before I knew that non-binary people and even cis women can get top surgery; I thought that was reserved for trans men and that my only option was just a reduction. I desperately wished (and still do) that I could have naturally developed an AA to an A cup, but large chests run in my family. For years I've been wearing deliberately baggy clothing every day to hide the fact that I'm not wearing a bra. I basically can't wear the clothes I want and I'm constantly both socially insecure ("will people look at me weird?") and physically uncomfortable. I find the skin-to-skin sensation of my chest physically uncomfortable, not just the sensation of wearing a bra, so it's a lose-lose; I'm nearly always experiencing some form of sensory distress caused by my own body. And before anyone asks, yes I definitely have the right bra size, that's not the issue here. I've checked myself countless times, including using abrathatfits.org, and it's still intolerably uncomfortable. Some autistic people are just much more sensitive to physical touch/texture than neurotypicals. Please spare me your ableism, I'm sick of hearing "you must just be wearing the wrong size". Plus, even if I can find a bra I'm comfortable with, I'd rather not have to; I'd rather be done with it altogether. Occasionally I wear a binder and it's by far the best feeling I've had, but I don't do it often because of safety concerns.
In addition to my sensory issues, I also experience euphoria from seeing myself flat-chested (i.e. wearing a binder) and presenting androgynous, like I look at myself and think "that's the real me", and it feels amazing. I came out as non-binary at the start of this year.
Anyway, so at the start of this year I finally started seriously thinking about surgery, and I started researching it every day. I've had a consult with Dr Lago in Madrid and his secretary has emailed me about possible dates (I said I want to wait until October because I want to avoid the Spanish summer and also there's a concert I really want to attend in late September).
But I have a dilemma which is that I don't want my chest to be flat like a cis man's is, but instead what people describe as (for lack of a better word) "a feminine flat chest" with a tiny bit of shape left, and I'm worried about not being able to achieve the results I want.
I'm put off even trying a reduction (and I wouldn't be able to afford to try a 2nd time if I wasn't happy with the 1st reduction) because I doubt they can go as small as I want. My issue isn't simply "I hate how big my chest is and it causes me back pain, and I'd be happy if they were smaller but still a reasonable size", it's that having them at all causes me discomfort. Basically, any size where they could touch each other or my ribcage even slightly, any size where I can feel them move when I exercise, any size where I functionally should be wearing a bra for support (even if it's only when I exercise), I would still be very unhappy with. What I want is a little shape, like remnants of very small breasts, but not enough that you'd really consider them breasts. I've heard that reduction can only bring you down a few sizes, and that's not enough for me. I understand that a radical reduction with FNG can achieve a lot more, but I'm worried that the surgeon still won't go as small as I want, plus it's much harder to find surgeons who will do a radical reduction.
What really sucks is, I'm pretty sure that if I had naturally developed an AA/A chest, I wouldn't be seeking top surgery. I'm basically seeking top surgery because I'd rather be totally flat-chested than be left with any significant amount of breast tissue, and my biggest fear is going through all the pain and money of surgery only for it to feel like "not enough", but neither surgical option is 100% what I want. I've heard that the size/shape a reduction (even a radical reduction) can achieve is limited by your breast root (breast width), and that there's only so small they can go, because beyond a certain point they'll just look like flat pancakes. Therefore, I don't know if the size/shape I want is even possible for me, which is why I've been looking into top surgery.
I know I shouldn't be having these kind of questions this late into the process, and it is my fault because I rushed into it slightly. Some days I feel certain that I want top surgery (or at least that it's the best option I have) and I feel extremely excited, other days I have apprehensions like this.
Dr Lago told me he does liposuction and shapes the chest according to what the patient wants - he said that the masculine shaping is like the shape of the pecs (I forget what exact word he used) and the neutral shaping is more "cylindrical", which is much closer to what I want, but I'm worried that it will still be slightly too flat.
I'm also terrfied that with a flat chest I'll look disproportionate because I have quite wide hips; that it'll make me even more insecure about the rest of my body (which might subconsciously be the entire reason why I want my chest to still have a tiny bit of shape). But there's nothing I can do about this other than getting a standard reduction where they try to keep you "proportional", but as stated, I would be very unhappy with this (in terms of my chest itself).
tl;dr - I feel like a reduction couldn't get me as small as I want to go, but I'm anxious that top surgery will feel like slightly too much.
