Naming the club 'Def Noodles Comedy Club" is actually genius. Here me out:
'Def Noodles' is already a well known and beloved brand that is well respected by 99% of everyone who recognizes it. It also just happens to double as a logical name for a comedy club in Hollywood. 2 birds, 1 stone.
And for those who aren't familiar with the name; Google adds a neat feature where it shows you the business owners worst moments from their previous career before you actually reach the place you're looking for. (not sure if this is a paid feature that Google offers but its handy to know it can be done if requested.)
Anybody who tells you that it's not smart to open a new business in an industry and city that is already full to the brim is a liar who doesn't want you be successful. Your ego will always be more important than any financial stability. Don't forget that.
I know some people here might not like him but he does have some inside tips & tricks that any budding small business owner would be lucky to have access to for free

As you know code enforcement has stopped by last year due to him conducting renovations without city approval. Dennis thinks he’s above rules/law. I am thinking he’s doing illegal renovations due to him saying his neighboring office tenants are complaining. I wonder if he even consults with his landlord.
Dennis stop wasting money turning a small store into a comedy club! It’s just a money pit. Instead rent a locale that actually has the ambience of a comedy club. A place that people would like to relax and hangout that isn’t cramped and has working AC! I’ve been to your earlier shows and was extremely dehydrated from the heat and cramped space. The decor is lacking and you really need to hire an interior designer.

Pretrial Conference is set to take place 4/25/2023. Keem did give an answer to the trial, obviously denying what Def is suing him for. For those not familiar with the legal system, this is basically a meeting between all the parties and the judge to give the judge a better understanding of the issues so they can get a feel for how long it’ll last. The judge will probably urge them to settle, pretty much happens in every civil suit, and set a tentative trial date in the future should it come to that. I’ll include a link to Pacer Monitor showing all the orders and motions for the case in the comments.
