I started my 24 hr fast at 9am this morning, I'm thinking of having a few glasses of ACV diluted in water this evening, probably around 5pm and again at like 10pm to help replenish my electrolytes - is this too much?

I have a six week old who is an incredible sleeper at night and is EBF. This week I have been getting 6 hour stretches at night, and she consistently does 10pm-4am (I'm aware this could change).
However, she is in a side sleeper beside me and her 4am wake up isn't really a 'wake up'. She wakes me up because she starts to squirm, grunt and make a lot of noise. However, she is still sleeping. I usually take this as an indicator that she's about to wake and I pretty much dream feed her (sometimes she wakes up during this) and she's back down and quiet within 15, and will then sleep 4.30-8am.
Prior to this week, she would be grunting/squirming at 2am and then 4am and I would dream feed her at both these times as I woke up. If she woke up between these times I would replace her pacifier and pat/shush her.
Because I get her up when she is grunting like this, I wonder if I am creating sleep associations? Should I try and feed her or wait and let her either settle back down or cry for ms?

I live in the United Kingdom I am 25 years old I was moving around and had a very disturbed childhood primarily due to my youngest sister having a myriad of disabilities, I do not want to attest my poor performance in school to this but I feel it did have an impact. I got the bare minimum grade in Math, English and Science I went on to College, failed 2/3 the courses I took due to a lack of passion, as my options on what I could take were limited due to my terrible school grades. I passed ICT, but did not get into the 2nd year I then did my second year at another college in games design, passed.
I have worked in retail in various positions, but never anything of a manager role. I have 9 years of retail and hospitality experience, and 6 years experience as a voluntary community manager for an MMO, that I received a letter of recommendation from.
My availability is locked at around 8am to 10pm because I still live with my parents and my little sister, they wont allow me work earlier or later because of her, and most supervisor positions I COULD get and have interviewed me, require me to start at 5am.
I can get these jobs if I move out, but to move out I need money, and to get money I need a job that pays well.
What do I do, I am 25 stuck living with my parents and I feel like a failure, I have been depressed my entire life having not amounted to anything but now I have a partner that loves me, but she lives in another country and the only way for me to get her here is if I can provide for her. She has better qualifications than me too, and has already said she will work with me and we will provide with each-other, but this hurdle, just getting something that can pay a living wage so I can move out feels suffocating.
I dreamed big once, wanting to get into music, wanting to sing, but every 3 years I have lowered my goals over and over because it felt like life would drown out those ambitions, now all I want is to be financially stable with a standard job, have I even failed that?
Any advice will help, I feel so lost.

Hi. I would love advice from frequent sleep paralysis people. Or any insight about my situation or theirs. And wondering if my story is dangerous or helpful
I have never experienced this before. My first time happened a few hours ago and I think I approached it differently? But would love coping mechanisms because this was really scary and I don’t feel good :(
I am a frequent nap taker. Got into restful sleep around 7pm? In a really dark room. Only light from my clock
At 9pm my Roomate opens the door standing in the door way letting light in telling me to come dinner is ready.
I am a face / stomach sleeper. I stretch my arm and hold myself up face her. Can not say anything.
I then nod off and fall back onto my face. Everything here on forward is my sleep paralysis.
I nodded off as if I am so tired? I immediately find that weird. I want to be up But the sensation of nodding off into deep sleep is strong and I’m fighting it.
“Get up get up get up” is repeating over and over in my head trying to lift myself up and off my bed and I’m nodding off each time !! on a loop. At least 6 times I try to force my hand and try to push myself up. With no luck each time the sensation of nodding off and falling back on my face.
After trying again and again on a weird loop I start primal thinking. Get. Up. Hand push. Turn. Back on my face. I can feel my satin pillow. When I hear someone enter the room walking towards me.
I hear “get up” in an unrecognizable voice. So I’m really confused who is it? Who would it be? A man? No. A stranger? No I live on the second floor. Probably my Roomate. But walking to me?
Oh she’s checking on me! So now I really try to face her and speak focusing on my words I’m not sure if dream me spoke or moved. Or I thought the words I wanted to say and imagined the moves I wanted to make I push myself up and am staring at a figure on the side of my bed looking over me.
I’m confused staring at the dark figure in the dark. what is it? Who is it? Hm. I think bc of my small bed frame I imagined it skinny ? and rationally it had to be my apartmentmate so through this dark room it was her.
I ask “oh hey roomate I was having a really hard time getting up right now I tried really hard and I feel scared. “ I reach over and hugged her in the dark she answered in her voice “oh that’s really weird want to come to my room to talk about it?” I said yes and fell out of the bed and walked across the hall following her. Holding her hand?
We get to her room and it’s dark I lay down trying to talk when suddenly I felt myself nod off again! And I hear “oh she probably fell asleep again” and I immediately get up terrified . I look for my phone. Obviously I brought it and wouldn’t have left without it. I grab it and it’s dead won’t turn on
I start freaking out and looking for a light to turn on. When my Roomate says ”no don’t turn on the light I want to go to sleep” I start trying to turn on one light while she is trying to convince me not to turn it on
I say ”I’m sorry I can’t see” I move to a desk lamp and start fidgeting with it and it’s not turning on and I start getting frustrated
when finally I wake up at 10pm almost 10:30pm in my room. I can see even in the dark the outline of my clock and fan and feel awake. I get up with ease feeling terrified I apparently was in sleep paralysis fighting it for over an hour
This whole sensation makes me uncomfortable I’m not sure if anyone has heard of that idea/theory that dream people try to keep you dreaming for as long as possible?
Idk if this could help anyone the way I navigated through this, if someone could offer advice or methods to prevent this or just make me feel better as it was horrifying. Open to anything spiritual, rational, etc.

Had my shoulder repaired and a torn bicep fixed due to routine dislocations and must wear a sling for 6 weeks. I figured with the opioids now is a good time to cut back. I’m currently on day 5 of zero alcohol, no real withdrawal symptoms except for anxiety the first day. At my worst I was drinking 200ml of whiskey or vodka and around 6 IPAs each night at home, blowing $25-$30 depending on the IPA.
Going for my record of 11 days but I have to and I’m almost halfway through wearing the sling but it’s very uncomfortable. This isn’t the typical small cloth one with a strap around the neck, it’s a heavy duty one with a strap around the arm, around the neck, and around the waist. There’s also tons of Velcro and if it isn’t perfectly lined up it scratches like hell.
Since stopping alcohol and running out of opioids, I’ve been going to sleep around 10pm but waking up at 3:00am-4:00am, tossing for about 20min and then giving up. The benefit is I’m getting more stuff done by 7am than I would get done on Saturdays or Sundays when I was super hungover and on the couch all day. I have some coffee around 530am but no other caffeine.
I’m beginning to think it’s a combo of the two, stopping alcohol and wearing the sling, I really don’t have a problem getting to sleep but I just keep waking up around 330am.
The other benefit is I sleep for a longer period without waking up, before surgery I would wake up about every hour from the pain and also to go to the bathroom if I drank a ton that day, just having trouble sleeping past 330am.

I am 1 of 3 waitresses employed at a Chinese/American Restaurant and Bar. Its not small like Red Lobster nor is it BIG like a Buffalo Wild Wings (BW3's). It looks like a 2 story home but is big enough to have the kitchen, small bar area, pool table and 5 boots. Across from that is another bar(big),a large room that could seat 52-53 Patrons. Attached ks another large banquet sized room fitting 60-70.
My boss is also the owner who is Korean. Ill call her 'H'. Long time close friends with my mom. I've been working full time for 5-6 years there.
For the past 5-6 yrs, i have kept my mouth shut bc of H and moms friendship. But now, Im putting my fear & anxiety aside and speaking out to hopefully get advice from other more knowledgable and more experienced waitresses/servers. I won't listen everything but just a few that's been causing my mental health to be bad enough its affecting me physically, emotionally and mentally

1 paid hours start 3pm-10pm(end of shift).

I am left alone from about 10:05pm (waitress C leaves) to anywhere from 11pm to 12am, cleaning ENTIRE restaurant- all tables and boots that were missed, wash all cups, dry then stacked away. Refill all ketchup bottles,soy sauce bottles,salt & pepper shakers restock both beer coolers, dry & roll fork, sweep wood floor, vacuum both large sections and small section... There's just about 3-4 more tasks. BUT, WAIT FOR IT...........🤨
Every beer bottle sold must be talked on the customers ticket order. Then its added up and they pay the total. If I served a beer but mistakenly forgot to tally it on ticket, I am required by my boss/restaurant owner, to pay out of next days tips I earn. I've given from $3 to $50smthing. On weekends its packed AF, and with only 2 waitresses of age to serve (3rd server 'C' is underage). As Head Waitress, also doing a hostesses and bussers duties and bartending the main big bar. With 1 waitress/hostess/bartender serving 20--40 customers give or take, this guy and that table of 12, the 4 at the bar all needing another beer. I tend to forget to tally some. Im legit running to kitchen to get food, taking to tables, getting beet for bar people, then suddenly a phone call. Oh YAY its a to go order.
I don't get scheduled breaks nor food break. I've had to hold my P🌊SS for the last 6 hours bc I've no chance to go 🧻🚽... Oh And any dine and dashes or food item we've accidentally not charge (its written on ticket just was not seen well to enter price on cash register), yea that comes out of my tips also. Is that something my boss can do? Can I report it to Ohio Labor Law Office or Attorney General?
There is much more crap. From asking me (i always refuse and she says she will either fire me and have the other waitress do it or she will take $ form my tips. I still refuse) to refill all the small liquor bottles with the bigger ones she buys. Im sure lots of bars do this illegal stuff but when you're putting me in a spot and risking me getting into legal trouble, UH UH, NO WAY JOSÈ😵😤
To physically being in the kitchen and hearing her talk so much crap about one of us, in Korean to her kitchen helpefriend. She's even spoken to me about some she's fired and some currently working, saying rude, disrespectful things ( she's even said how my face isn't pretty this or that day or how stupid i am to miss tallying beer bottles more than once in a month. Im just sick and tired of her clothes to me and putting me in these situations. Making me charge all alcohol drinking customers full price yet she has her favorites and has me charging them about $3-$3.50 less than everyone else. To me, that's just BS. Ive because so stresses and my anxiety starts attacking me when I'm leaving home and driving to work. Sometimes its so bad, I get nervous and fearful bc she intimidates me and tries to make me feel bad for her when she tells me how stressed she is and how us waitresses are making HER lose $$$ from missed food or beer. What about us though? I myself am living off of and relying on tips rn. 2 paychecks ( a personal type check) a month are accounted for.
Its affecting my health,losing weight bc im so stressed on work days that I can't eat before work . i have to take anxiety meds now and see a therapist (im already diagnosed with anxiety, ptsd,ADD and depression) but my boss has caused even my PTSD to worsen.
