Retained PD from my EB2 application which is Jan 2020. Case is at Nebraska Service Center.
Biometrics taken - July 2022
I-140 RFE received- Sep 2022
AP and EAD received- Sep 2022
I-140 approved - Jan 2023

No update after that on I-485. Shows fingerprint taken on the official update. However, asked Emma to check the status. Live agent confirmed that it is at San Antonio FO in April 2023. No update after that.
Is it normal for USCIS to skip NBC and directly send your case to FO?

Never For Ever is an incredibly interesting album. It’s interesting because most people view it as a transitional album - bridging the gap between her earlier, more piano led work, and her later, more weird-in-the-best-fucking-way-possible work.
After relistening to it, I honestly disagree. I think Never For Ever is much more in line with The Dreaming or Hounds Of Love than it is The Kick Inside or Lionheart. The Fairlight is copiously used here, Kate’s writing is stranger (and better overall), the themes here are, in general, much darker as well.
It also happens to be her best album yet. And also nearly perfect, too.
You can immediately tell something’s changed when listening to the opener, Babooshka. As far as pure rock songs go, this is her best. It’s like Kate Bush artsiness meets the Piña Colada song, which is a compliment. Kate’s lyricism is also noticeably more mature here.
After the Fairlight derived glass smashing, we arrive at Delius. This song is so bizarre. However, it is emblematic of the change in her sound - with its electronic drumbeat, those absolutely hilarious male backing vocals (ta-ta-ta!), and the sort of spaced out, airy feel of the track. Good song.
Blow Away is pretty conventional as far as this album goes (not very), but it’s fantastic. It’s a genuinely lovely tribute to a lighting technician, Bill Duffield, who sadly died at the start of The Tour Of Life. It’s a really nice gesture from Kate, and a wonderful song, too.
Ah, I was wondering where that weirdness went. I read somewhere (on RYM I think) that All We Ever Look For sounds like it’s from a Final Fantasy game, which is terrifyingly accurate. The melody on the verses is wonderful. Lyrics are very interesting, too - they seem to be about parenting and the cycle of abuse… I think? Very underrated song in her catalogue.
Egypt is also very underrated. I love the atmosphere Kate creates in this song - those synth sounds create a real feel of mystique. This song also features the line “my pussy queen knows all my secrets” which makes it an instant 10.
I’ve been pretty positive about this album so far. The second side, however, is where the album truly hits its stride.
You know how I said earlier that Babooshka is Kate’s best rock song? I’m not really that confident in that claim, as The Wedding List exists. A wonderfully eccentric and catchy song about your husband being murdered in your wedding day, then going out and exacting revenge on the murderers by also murdering them. So relatable.
Next is the best song Kate Bush wrote about an instrument - it’s Violin. Now, picture in your head what a Kate Bush tribute to the violin would sound like. Maybe it prominently features the violin, a very graceful vocal performance from Kate, and some very elegant melodies?
No. It’s a hard rock song with wailing and screaming guitars, and Kate doing… whatever she’s doing.
WTF is this song? And why is it so good? What crazy form of illegal substance was Kate on when writing this?
The Infant Kiss is next. I’m pretty… meh on this one. It actually sounds like it could belong on The Kick Inside or Lionheart. It’s still a pretty good song, but the lyrics aren’t to my taste. I know it’s meant to be inspired by a movie, but the lyrics come across as really creepy to me (I’ve never fallen for / A little boy before).
Night Scented Stock. It’s a nice interlude. I always misread it as “Night Scented Sock”, which makes it sound like Kate wrote a song about someone’s wanksock.
This album really gets good at the end. Army Dreamers is one of the best anti-war songs ever written. The light and airy vocals and instrumentation really contrast to the heartbreakingly dark subject matter - about a young adult dying in war and not being able to live up to his potential. It’s a really interesting take on war.
Speaking of anti-war songs, to finish we have Breathing. It uses a baby in the womb of their smoking mother as a metaphor for nuclear war. In the current world we live in, this song becomes ever more horrendously relevant. I’m not the person to write about this song, but it’s terrifyingly post-apocalyptic and dark and it’s perfect.
Overall, Never For Ever is Kate’s most daring, interesting and bestestest record yet. I wonder if what she makes next will be this weird? I doubt it.

So my friend we'll call him James (not his real name) and I (16 years old) were supposed to meet to play some basketball.
When I came from a forest near his house to cut a shortcut I saw that he was with some little kid (a brat).
We went to the sports centre (me not thinking much about the little kid being there) And when we started playing he and I got into a discussion when he was teaching a kid that male and female friendships don't exist and how women are annoying and only good for bed.
Now he was saying that bc he watches too much Andrew Tate I won't go into my opinions on Andrew Tate here but I think he is a bad person.
Now we are playing basketball and the little brat started attacking me and my friend was cheering him on. Not wanting to hit him bc I would've been the bad guy then when he tried to kick me I slowly pulled him to the floor.
Keep in mind I wasn't trying to hurt a kid after that a few minutes later that kid started attacking me again so I showed his face to the floor while holding him so he won't fall/kiss the concrete.
After that he started crying and attacking me and he was throwing his shoes at me so I threw them even further away and said: "I really hate fucking brats" and a female friend of mine who was near heard me and came over and somewhat took down the situation to my other friend and the brat.
Now my friend thinking all women are annoying and only good for one thing took her as a joke and mocked what she said where I told him to fuck off and learn that he isn't the smartest.
And so when I left to air out he started texting and calling like: :Oh he won't bother us again I promise" I ignored it and decided to scare him bc this isn't the first time when he was acting smart or did something like that to the point to irritate someone.
So I decided to scare him since he was a little kid he was scared of Jeff the killer comming out of the forest. Now as a creepy pasta enjoyer I now quite a bit so when it was dark about 10:50pm I went there played Friday the 13th theme song bc it scares him even when I imitate it (I can make a good imitation of it)
Then in my most alike voice to Jeff the killers kinda close I had to go with the creeper not deeper version said: "Hello there would you like to find out what happens to people who wrong me"
And if he wasn't scared enough I smashed a tomato and threw the soup like part at him and he literally screamed his ass off.
So am I the jerk for handling it the way I did.

Hello, my name’s Arizona…or Silver-Exit5688.
I first watched glee in 2019 but only really started liking and paying attention to the episodes in 2022.
Glee is definitely my favorite show ever, I love the songs, the characters, the storylines, the actors, etc.
But, as much as love glee I also dislike a lot of things, such as:
•the season 4 newbies storylines having an start but not an end (ex.: Marley’s ED, Jake and his race/religion, Ryder’s dyslexia, etc).
•characters adding nothing to the story (Matt, Lauren, Alistair, Myron, etc).
•the disrespect with the Glee Project winners/runner-ups (Samuel having no solos, Damian only appearing in one season, Aylin not even appearing on the show, meanwhile Blake was the winner with the most love of the creators and Alex literally having more songs in glee than Samuel, Damian and Lindsay combined)
Anyways, I was thinking of how i would change glee if I was the creator, and then I remembered I can change, obviously not actually changing glee but rather publish how I would on the internet.
So basically I’m thinking of rewriting glee and post my changes somewhere, at first I was only thinking of writing on my diary but I’m planning on writing on Word and either publish in Tumblr, Ao3 or here on Reddit.
I’m Brazilian and I’m on my second year of high school, and here we’re having a thing called “new high school”, which means I have 20 school subjects and barely have time to breathe, so I would only be able to write this during the school break, which are the last 2 weeks of July, the last 2 weeks of December and all of January, basically I could only focus on this project in the end of the year.

Backstory: An elven prince and heir to the throne had his birthright taken from him by a mere baby who had been born to his father's new wife after his mother died in battle, naturally he was Hateful about this and tried to rally the people to his side it's just that none of them really cared so he left elven society being regarded as "the fool prince" after travelling he succumbed to attacks from bandits and harsh weather after he collapsed he was rescued by local townspeople and revived by their cleric. At that moment he decided that this place on the outskirts to the west would be his kingdom so as he is an elf over many human generations he built that small village into a great kingdom with him being praised as the "Saviour from Famine" and "Death of Darkness" (sing words of praise to glorify my name) after many generations as he saw his subjects come and go he began to see them less as the people that saved him and that he loved and more as a collective (sacrificed to my will) that simply followed his instructions without question (sainted be what I say) (I command you) from his pearl and ivory spire he rules (with hearts awake we build the highest tower.)
In the modern era he met a man, who had travelled far from the South he had come from he provided the hospitality expected of a king and eventually the two ended up alone on the highest balcony of his spire. This man revealed himself to be the very child that he'd been so jealous of initially aggressive was the elf-king of humans and a swordfish ensued but through words his brother made him realise how much of a fool he'd been to detach himself from the Great people he met and to simply begin viewing them as objects
This elf that I do not have a name for yet then abandoned everything splitting his power and magical items between his twin daughters that each rule half the kingdom so as to prevent quarrel then he travelled abandoned his name and adopted the name of the Cleric that had revived him all those centuries ago he has decided to both regain his view of people as people and help those he had wronged through conquest or incompetence by becoming an adventurer.

I recently attended a Peter Gabriel concert with very limited knowledge of his discography. I know Sledgehammer, Don't Give Up and I'm sure a few others that make you go "oh yeah" whenever they're played on the radio, but that's about it. Considering how he's not released his new record yet and he'd play well over 10 new songs I wondered how this would go. I did give 4 singles a listen though, so the new material wouldn't be completely new for me. I was fully aware how he wouldn't sing any Genesis and nor do I think he needs to. He's left that band behind so many decades ago that it'd be odd for him to suddenly bring out some of the songs. That's not to say that some Genesis songs would've been a better pick but I reckon that's a whole other debate here...

The show began with a unique and funny intro, which I appreciated as a first-time experience. However, technical issues arose once the band started playing, particularly with the bass sound. Popping noises persisted throughout the performance, detracting from the overall experience on the first 2 songs. Furthermore, Gabriel's vocals were often difficult to understand, bordering on mumbling. Although his singing ability I'm sure is still exceptional, the live mix failed to balance the vocal lines of his new songs, overshadowed by the music. This issue persisted throughout the show, creating a muddy sound whenever Gabriel wasn't singing and a bit of a mess when he was.

The first half of the concert was captivating, featuring a well-thought-out vision that explored themes of life, birth, and emotional attachment. The combination of stunning visuals and beautiful melodies got me emotional, thinking of my own life and the different stages it's been through so far. I think that, if I'd have understood a word of what he was singing, I'd have genuinely loved the first hour of the show. But the stunning visuals weren't enough to get his message and ideas across. I'm sure there was a deeper message going on, but I don't think anyone could fully understand it.

Another thing that took me out of it was a notable point where it appeared as though he would hold a long note but didn't, making the use of backing tracks more apparent. This raised questions about the extent to which the sound was supplemented by backing tracks, even including Gabriel's own vocal lines. I don't imply that he mimed the entire show, but it became evident that not everything was 100% live as he makes it look like. It's worth mentioning that at 73 years old, it is understandable that artists change their arrangements a little bit, and not everything can be replicated in an arena. However, miming typically belongs to a different category, primarily associated with modern-day pop idols.

Despite the industry norm of catering to audiences seeking only the well-known songs, I was genuinely impressed by his artistic integrity while exploring new musical territories. His ability to engage and captivate his diverse fan base showcases both his artistry and their loyalty. As an attendee with limited knowledge of his fans, I was pleasantly surprised by their receptive and attentive nature as Dutch audiences are very well known for their constant need to chat through every little song they're unfamiliar with. The audience's willingness to embrace his new songs and support his artistic growth underscores their open-mindedness and appreciation for the evolution of his music. This experience serves as a reminder that assumptions based on an artist's popular hits can often overlook the depth and breadth of their audience's appreciation.

The second half felt prolonged, with certain song choices, such as "Big Time," falling flat for me. I reckon it's a hit but it felt so out of place. Near the end, when Biko was played, it seemed catered towards Nostalgia as opposed to a genuine protest, making it somewhat inappropriate for the occasion and ending the show on a confusing and a little cringy note. On one hand he takes you on this moving journey but then ends it on a rather cliché. Yes, the message of Biko is still relevant, but it just didn't go over like I think he does. I also felt that, as the show went on, he seemed to be going through the motions more and more and near the end looked like he couldn't wait for it te be over. It became pretty obvious he's excited over the new songs and really, really doesn't care for the older songs.

I had high expectations for the show, and although some may disagree, I don't mean to offend anyone. Fans who know all the words may not mind the unclear vocals as they know what's being sung anyway. Overall, the performance had its ups and downs. His musical talent was evident, especially in the well-planned first half. However, the show's length, song selection, and vocals being drowned out took away from its impact. It left me thinking that it could have been much better, which was disappointing because it had the potential to be one of the best shows I've seen.

Fair warning: Many players consider this one of the more difficult event maps.
The 1x2 size of the Infinite Harvestables makes them easy to bubble, but they are not needed for any keys.
A spare Lost Bud is hiding in the middle of the map, just past the start of the 5,000 tile area.

Event FAQs

The Event Shop and Capsules appear after you’ve healed 30-70 tiles; after that a free Bronze Capsule can be collected every 3 hours.
It takes 5x or 6x level 9 Life Orb of the Heavens to clear all the 5k+ land, depending on how much you heal by merging items off dead land.
29,950 points are required to collect all the main prize items; this equals roughly 1x level 9 points item plus 2x level 8 points items.
Key items can all be made via 3-merges, if the item is not already in its final form.
Caves must be tapped to spawn a Zomblin; only one event Zomblin lives in each cave, and it turns into Stinky Cheese when killed.
The Gold Capsule, Tanzanite Nest, and Fallen Star are on tiles requiring 50k energy to heal, with locations shown on Slide 1.
Infinite Harvestables:
- There are 9x level 1, 3x level 2, 1x level 3, 2x level 4, and 2x level 5 Carnival Carts on the map, with locations shown on Slide 3.
- Note: No Carnival Carts are used as keys in this event, and it is safe to delete the Infinite Harvestables.
Consumable Harvestables:
- Each 1x1 Golden Jolly Mask can be harvested 25 times; 75 total harvests are needed to complete Quest 1.3.
- Each harvest of the big 1x2 Peacock Mask at the back of the map yields a 10% chance of spawning an extra Golden Jolly Mask.
- Once all available Golden Jolly Masks and the Peacock Mask are gone, there is no way to get more.
Only 2 dragons at a time will harvest when left on their own; having more than two will drastically slow down idle play. If you want extra dragons for active play, the Prism Flower method is a good option.

Event Troubleshooting

If the event is not showing up or glitches are affecting your play:

Try hard closing and then relaunching your game.
If your device is running hot, stop playing and allow it to cool down.
Try rebooting your device (ie, turn it completely off, then back on and allow it to fully boot up before relaunching the game).
Try rebooting your wifi router (if you have access).
Try switching to a completely different internet source.
If you’re suddenly experiencing multiple issues like lagging or error messages, close the game and try again after an hour or two; events are server-based, and sometimes activity on that end can cause temporary problems.
If nothing here helps, contact Gram Games Support through the in-game link or the official website for help figuring out what’s wrong.

General Technical Warnings:

Cloud Save is still unreliable: according to the developer, it is not safe to be used and should be left turned off.
Saving your Progress: Make sure you travel to the World Map screen before closing your game to save your progress; saving immediately after earning or making high-value items is also recommended.
